My 2014 Camry had scrapes and dings and a dentist in the rear bumper. I thought maybe all those issues could be 'papered' over but I had no idea what an amazing transformation the professionals at Spectrum could do. My car looks better than new: pristine. I smile every time I get into it. They cleaned and polished the inside too. Can't recommend them highly enough. You will be thrilled with the results.

Their estimator, Marcos was rude and clearly didn’t understand vehicles enough to be doing this job correctly. A radiator support bar that was bent and scratched should not just be bent back. The integrity of that is just not the same as factory. And this company does NOT use OEM parts. Are they cheaper then others? Yes. But you get what you pay for. Cheap and not done properly. The reason this was my third estimate was because the car wash requested it. The other estimates were higher because they used the correct parts and did the job with safety and quality in mind.

Car looks great and they fixed it for what they said. Shop where we used take our cars couldn't touch it because it had been totaled (it was, I was still driving it) by the insurance company. Called Douglas Auto where we get our cars repaired and they recommended Spectrum. Excellent suggestion, again they did a great job. Thanks Spectrum!

From the first contact on the phone to the face to face consultation this group of people and business exceeded expectations. Friendly and knowledgeable, I felt like the staff truly wanted the best for their customer. I came in with a minor problem involving my sunroof. Within 10 minutes, I was seen and the vehicle was in the back and being seen to. About 10 minutes later, they had fixed the problem to my satisfaction, as well as provided me with some tips for the future. Upon leaving, I asked how much I owe, and they told me nothing! If I had taken this to the dealer, that would never have happened, even for the same repair. Upon my return home, I also found that they had fixed the turn signal light on the front of the vehicle as well. To say the least, they have definitely earned my business for the foreseeable future. Thank you so much!

Hello, I want to write a review for Spectrum Auto Collision because they were excellent. I took my car in on a Monday, and was greeted by Todd. He was friendly, fair and honest and gave me a good quote for a costly mistake I made! He said they were able to take care of it in the next couple of days. That is was, and beautifully done. The whole team at Spectrum were kind, friendly and professional, Todd, Echo, Rene and the owner Javier. They all work so well together because of Javier's great leadership! Thank you for making a bad situation painless. I was there a few years ago with another car and I recieved the same service and warmth. Spectrum is the ONLY place I trust. We have been using them for over 10 years. They recently helped me navigate the collision world with my son’s car which was in LA. We got it back to Tucson and fixed it like new really fast. They will always give you great advice even if that advice means don’t fix it.

Today 07-18-24 I took another car into this company and I have to say a big thank you to Javier and Echo and the rest of this team. Again you fixed my vehicle within 4 days from start to finish and again a remarkable job you have done. I will continue to use this company for all auto collision repairs. George and his staff are awesome, I took my Trailblazer in for new front and rear bumpers, the work his team did was outstanding. I would highly recommend this company for all auto and collision repairs. Thank you to this entire staff from inside to all the guys who did the repair work. Thank you for the professionalism given to me and showing me in advance all the work that had to be done and repaired. The paint job on both front and rear is fantastic. Price was right on for the job and was serviced in a timely manner.

I don’t often leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at Spectrum, I feel almost obligated to share. First off - They did a great job restoring my Lexus IS to tip top, pristine condition. It looked like no accident ever happened. They also did it in a great fast manner. No delays. However, when I got home, my car would not start. I thought it was the battery, but the AAA gentlemen thought it was more than the battery since I still have power but no start. He recommend I take it back to the shop I just got it from (Spectrum). I called Spectrum and spoke with a manager (Renee) and he was very kind and called a Tow right away to bring the car back in the shop. They made sure everything they did was correct and accurate, and ordered a new battery for me. They got it installed, ran the codes again and nothing popped up. I picked it up the next day in the best condition I’ve seen my car in a long time. One of the best auto experiences i’ve ever had. Their customer service is top notch - and they will make sure your issue is taken care of. I highly recommend them, and they definitely earned a customer for life.

I was a little skeptical of body shops, there was a bad experience that I had about 5 years ago with a supposedly highly reputable body shop near 22nd st. on the East side of town, where they said that my car needed $9,500 or higher in repairs on minor damage, they said it was frame damage on the car and I questioned that. I see from the really good and honest people at this body shop, especially Todd who gave me 5 Star excellent customer service!! :), that this is a body shop that doesn't do that shady type of thing, they do high quality work at a reasonable price, no delays in their work, and I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs a good body shop!

Great customer service! Todd submitted an estimate to our insurance company which made it easy for us. After it was approved he scheduled our repairs ( replaced the bumper, quarter panel, tail light, etc) and the job was done quickly. The car looks terrific, and even better, they buffed out a big scratch and the headlight covers at no charge. When I picked up our vehicle it had been cleaned inside and out!! They really went above and beyond! Hopefully we won’t need more body repair, but if we do, Spectrum will be handling it !

This would be zero star rating if we could...We brought our truck in for a quote for bumper, tailgate and full paint job. I even walked Javier around the vehicle to show dings and paint sun damage. I was happy with his quote for my list of requests, so I didn't even get further quotes as planned. I assumed the quote was correct for all repairs and paint as we spoke about it in detail. But when we went to pick up the truck, it was not painted in full. When we spoke to Javier about the truck not getting painted, his response was that he completed all line items as typed out. I honestly feel that I was mislead and got the bait and switch on the contract wording so that they could charge max price for minimal work and not be able to be sued because of contract language. What was worse, is that we even asked him to admit that he missed adding the paint job to the contract or forgot. His extremely rude response was that he "never forgets anything and doesn't make ANY mistakes." He told us to go ahead and review him that he doesn't care and doesn't want our business. He was also exceptionally rude and condescending to my wife when she would try to speak. I would avoid this business at all costs as they do not try to resolve issues or even have ANY customer service. Horrible experience.

🙆🏼‍♀️ OH MY GOODNESS...I LOVE MY CAR. They did such an AWESOME job. Replaced the fender, light and underneath shield.... CAN'T even see where they 'blended' the paint... and to my PLEASANT SURPRISE, they TOTALLY cleaned and polished the inside.. 😁 EVERYONE is SO NICE... Echo, Rene and Michael are THE BEST. Javier and Echo were great and very professional to work with. They diagnosed and provided an estimate promptly and were able to book in our car within three weeks. The folks at Spectrum were awesome to work with from beginning to end. I was having some minor paint work done on the bumper after the garage door closed on it and it looks brand new! It took an extra day because they weren't happy with the way the paint looked the first time and I was very happy for their attention to detail. Would definitely go back!
