I went here because of the reviews and my brakes have been squeaking. They didn’t even check the brakes. Everything this place is “offering” with an oil change is a lie. The customer service women up front told me I had an oil leak. Didn’t tell me anything about the brakes. They were very careless about handling any conversation I had about my car. As I left to get in my car I saw the mechanic and he said the cap was just loose on the car. He looked at the brakes for me up front after I asked. He is the only good thing about this place. I never go out of my way to leave bad reviews but I regret giving this place money. They are about SPEED. They do NOT CARE about your CAR!

The times I have gone the workers have been so sweet and kind! They work really hard and very fast, they’re my favorite place to go for car anything! They do such a good job on the vehicle and always make sure everything is running great!

They broke my turn signal/wiper switch and then denied it. Said it was broken when I brought it in, like I wouldn’t know that my turn signal was hanging by a thread when I was driving. Total liars there. Would not use them since they can’t own up to their mistakes

I am very confident in taking my vehicles here for regular maintenance. They are professional, proficient, and knowledgeable. I really like that they are the only place I found that still turn rotors when doing brakes!!

Absolutely love bring my vehicles here! The always recommend me anything that's wrong with my car instead of just doing it! Their prices are the cheapest in town especially for everything they check with the oil change!! They checked all my fluids, tire pressure, brakes, transmission, my external lights, wipers, and they even vacuumed my front 2 seats and mats! They got my car done in 15 minutes! I highly recommend this place for all your lube and oil needs!! They also do mechanical work!!

We have been here several times the last 3 yrs and today I was so unsatisfied I will not be returning. One star for an ok oil change, but the customer service was so bad it was a joke, we pulled up to get our oil change and asked about the time for a change 40 min ...ok. We go inside the waiting area and stand at the desk and were ignored for 5 min. While some dude complains about his air filter (come to find out he wasn't even a paying customer) Finally we asked if they need our information or anything and the receptionist said no, I mentioned that we won't be in the lobby, so maybe she wld like our name and number? Which of course she needs so I leave our information. We leave and then my husband then mentions he wants to make sure they use the oil he wants so he goes back in to wait for another customer and then asks about the oil they use to be told they will use full synthetic since our car is newer. I guess we no longer get a choice?? So we walk around and come back to our car out front of the store and the window down. We hadn't gotten a call that our car was done. We go inside and the receptionist is on the phone with her boyfriend complaining how she is in charge of the store this afternoon and she shldnt be and we wait another 5 min for her while she is on her phone, she is sitting with her back on the desk looking up at the ceiling just talking on her cellphone. Doesn't even notice us. She tells her boyfriend that she loves him finally gets off and says oh! I was just about to call you. We pay and go outside and in the front of the car on the console are our car keys with the window down no one is watching our car. I go and ask one of the mech is it usual to leave the car keys inside the car with the windows down and out front he says yes. I have never seen such unprofessionalism without any awareness of how rude they are. An 80 dollar oil change to maybe have my car stolen? No, thank you, l, they have lost my service. Owner don't leave a receptionist in charge. If you want to make money, make sure you have good employees. Cause as of today you lost a loyal customer Oh and when we dropped off the car I'm pretty sure the owner/manager was there heard me say I was going off the lot and coming back. He even saw me write down our information for the receptionist. And to do some due dilligence i called a competitor to find out if they wld leave the keys on the dash with the car in the lot with the owner off site and they said no that didn't seem smart... which is what I was thinking. If i was the manager I'd hate for a customer to have their car stolen from a mech shop due to the mismanagement. Imagine all the fuss that wld cause..

We’ve been bringing our cars here for years, and just realized I’ve never left a review. This is the only place that we will take our cars for any issues we have. Oil changes, routine maintenance, issues, etc. The employees are all friendly and helpful. They are very fair with their prices, and even more importantly, I feel like they are always honest and upfront. They never have a long wait to get in, and they get the work done quickly for you. Best place in town to take your cars!

*update they called me the next morning and came and picked my car from work, fixed the problem and offered a free oil change. Took my car in for a simple oil change and transmission flush. Quoted price was higher than others but I took it in because I work close and could walk back to work while they worked on my car. First red flag was them being unsure if they could do the transmission flush (it’s a Honda civic) arguably one of the most basic, easy cars to work on. I picked the car up and drove it a few miles to get some food and back to work. When I pulled into the parking lot my car was making a horrible noise so I parked the car and looked underneath to see my skid plate barley hanging on. If you can’t even remember to tighten some bolts it makes me fear the quality of the rest of their overpriced work.

I have been a long time customer across multiple vehicles but today I had a negative experience, the young woman who was working at 5 pm on 5-22-24 was very rude to both me and my wife, I felt like she was unknowledgeable and then when I asked questions she didn't know the answer too she was upset and short with me, I asked her to take my number down and call when the service was complete, she declined and was rude, when the service was done I waited for 15 minutes in the customer area with my kids and tried to get the attention of an employee multiple times, me nor my family will come back

Kind staff, clean facility, and honest business practices. I’ve been getting our family vehicles serviced at both locations for years. Not once have they tried to “upsell” me or pressure me into paying for additional services. If the filters or wiper blades are good, they will tell me, they’re good. If I need more than just the oil change, they will actually show me the dirty air filter or worn out wiper blades before they recommend the new air filter, new wiper blades, or a new cabin air filter and then let me make the decision. Cody, Branson, and Drea are super helpful and great to work with! Thank you guys!

Brought in my brand new 2023 Honda Accord for its first oil change. Didn’t even make it down the street and it started making a bunch of noise. I immediately took it back. They said the skid plate was screwed on to tight and it stripped the screws. I waited forever while they had their “best employee” working on it. When I got it back my husband took it to the parking lot next door and he looked underneath my car. They used zip ties to hold my skid plate on because they stripped the screws and the holes to the skid plate. And they said nothing to me. Just sent me on my way with zip ties holding my brand new car together!!!

I pulled in at 8:58am and pulled out at 9:21am with my oil changed, washer fluid and power steering fluid topped off, and air pressure equalized in all tires. SPEED Lube is right! Very happy with the service and will definitely be back.

Quick service but they did forget to put the passenger valve caps back on the tire. Kind of sucks as they were beautiful chrome with green center caps. Mistakes will be made but it is what it is

Very experienced and honest auto repair shop. The employees are friendly and service actually is “speedy.” I highly recommend using them for anything from oil changes to severe engine problems.

Went in for a steering pump instal as a walk in. Was honestly just expecting some questions answered and maybe an estimate and an appointment. I was taken in immediately, and on top of installing the steering pump I provided, they also offered to install the water pump and pulleys I had as well. They really went above and beyond for me. Highly recommend.

I brought 3 of my kids with me to get an oil change, all of the staff members were so kind to them! My kids asked when we could go back. They were so quick and efficient. Their prices were also very reasonable, we will for sure be back.
