My 09 Toyota Camry was in need of a new radiator, and they got me in quickly. A couple of weeks later, I noticed my car was having issues again, so I brought it back. The team quickly found the issue—a damaged hose—and got it replaced. When I told them I didn’t have the funds to fix it right away, they were so understanding. They let me know I could return when I was ready and never made me feel ashamed about it. Today, I brought my car back for an oil change, and Emily was so amazing to work with! Everyone here is incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. They go above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I’ll definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you all for the great service

Stopped in for an oil change. Emily quickly greeted me and explained the process. The oil change itself did not take long. They were friendly, efficient with many customers at once, and fairly priced. I will definitely be returning. Great employees and service.

Brought in for brake job, They charged a huge amount $350.00 for just front brakes. I drive car for living, a day or so later I started hearing noises from front where they did brake job. I brought it in, told them about noises, they said "we drove it and dont hear noises'? I said please check the brakes cause my son and I absolutely heard noises. They pulled my car up like no problem, and said let me tighted your lug nuts. I look down and see actual lug nuts missing. Yes Missing. That means whoever did my brake job did not tight / torque the lug nuts and actually had fell off. "This is Dangerous." Immagine if all the lugs fell off. THey acted like they did see that, untill I mentioned it. Come on guys, this is unbelievable.

I’ll describe a situation I had and you all can make your opinion- I recently bought a car and took it here for an oil change for my first time because I had a coupon. At checkout I expected the price to be about $50 but it was $70 and they said it was because my car needed extra oil which I thought was weird. Three weeks after I check fluids before driving out of town and I notice I am overfilled. I drive to another oil change shop and they said they drained an excess of 3 quarts out. A woman named Carrie called me back and admitted to filling it an extra 1.4 quarts because they got the motor type wrong. She said she would make it right and asked me to come in. I asked if it was just to check my dip stick and she said no I’ll do that and check your oil too plus give you a coupon. I arrive and all she does is check the dip stick which was now spot on thanks to the other guys. I asked for a refund for the service and she refused. She said she could refund only $7 for an extra quart or give me a free oil change for the future. I took the oil change but felt there was no acknowledgement of my time, or the wear on the motor driving overfilled for three weeks. She could have just mailed me that coupon instead of having me come in again. Just sloppy work and customer service in my opinion.

Had a alternator replaced there now having popping sound from rear speakers. Could not tell me brand name of alternator or amps, just whatever it is calling out for on the computer. Battery is dying. All I was told is to take my car to a audio place they have nothing to do with that.

gone here for years and always been good but i have been having a tremor in my 2014 chevy they said it was the spark plugs and that it needed a fuel cleaning service payed $850 picked the truck up drove maybe 20 minutes the check engine light came back on and started having the tremor again after michael told me it was good to drive to vegas the next weekend so tell me what i payed $850 for if you didn't fix the problem

Pulled up at 4:06pm on a busy Friday with a lobby full of people. Pulled out at 4:43pm. 37 minutes for an oil change and an engine filter change. This is my third time at Speed Lube and this was my longest wait. Walmart takes over 2 hours so this works for me!

I brought my bmw x3 in late on a Saturday. They had kids working there. When I got my car back the valve stem to my tire was magically broken and my tire was flat. My check engine light was on and my drivetrain warning light came on as well. My car drove funky and the next day the car broke down 3 times on the road. Took my car to the mechanic and they said the car looked as though it had been started with no oil in it. I now have a $4700 dollar shop bill and am lucky if I can sell my car for just over that. If you want your car totaled then this is the place for you.

Unfortunately after going here for a year or 2 without issues, the last time I went about 3 months ago, it was a bunch of what looked like 16 year olds working. I only got an oil change which should have been an easy job— but ever since I’ve had a slow oil leak. At first I thought they maybe just overfilled it so it was running off but after cleaning up the oil in my garage, it came back. It’s a slow leak, but I just felt nervous with how inexperienced they seemed but I wanted to give them them no judgement, I should have gone with my gut when I didn’t see an adult around. I also should’ve reached out sooner about the issues but holiday season was crazy. Taking it to grease monkey finally to see what the issue is.

Very fast and friendly service. Less than 30 minutes for an oil change. Still super friendly. Still fast and efficient. Update - prices are still reasonable, service with a smile.
