Really great service and personnel--rare in today's world. I hardly ever leave reviews, b/c how often does one encounter service excellence, especially in the trucking business? This store is a model for how other Speedco's should be run. One of the few times when I've felt like good money spent was worth it! Tks y'all!

The tire service is open from 6 a.m. I waited for two hours as the first customer. At 8 a.m., I was informed that my tires, going to change, would be ready in another two hours. 4h total for 2 tire ….This place is a joke. I do not recommend it to anyone. Very poor customer service. ! There are many places around where you can repair or change tires very quickly, in about an hour !

Don't bother coming here. Service was awful. Had an issue with our trailer. Told a mechanic would come out after the pm and diagnose. My husband stood in 103° heat at the back of the trailer for 45 minutes and no one came out. The manager and the girl at the desk insisted that he had come out. Lies and more lies. He couldn't diagnose it without the trailer rolling to make the noise. Dominique, the girl won't let you say anything without CONSTANTLY interrupting you and basically calling you a liar. We have been to this Speedco many times and been paid thousands of dollars over the years. Have never been treated like scum before anywhere. My suggestion to the manager. Quit telling people you will send someone out and not follow up. FIRE Domonique. You are losing business because of her know it all and constant running of her mouth.

These guys they don’t play Manager Junior he is on point and fast and Steve Mechanic Lead very good guy have lots of experience did my Alignment tire balance was there only for 2 hour everything was done and to my satisfaction. Thank You Steve, Junior and all the staff there. Keep up the good work you just add another regular customer.

This speedco is in a class of Its own…Jason the service manager knows his biz and is on top of it….got me in and out on a warranty job…and it was done correctly….worth the stop for sure!

Fast but expensive. $560 for 10-30 drum oil plus 3 filters and grease. Go to different location these guys always overpriced. Never go here.

This time it took me 25 minutes for my p.m service thank you guys— I am owner operator. It’s more than two years that I’m coming to this vehicle for my oil change and this is one of my favorite speedco. The management is awesome. This place is clean, friendly, and professional. I wish I can give them more than five stars. Thank you from the management keep this place like this forever

These guy were all great.. at this speedco # 916 at 1717 Horizon Blvd, El Paso,TX Great service. Found my differential was low n top it off.. All others speedco never even check my differential. Thank you Hector ,you got a great crew !!!

Came in to ask to rotate 1 tire on the rim.. still had minimum tread and directly say no need new tire etc etc . And told I have new tires at home to just rotate.. but nope.. smells to me want only make fast money instead of helping a hard working owner operator . But it's ok I found one around the corner who helped me get home... And no I don't buy rules this and that and store policies etc

Called and asked how long of a wait. Was told have a bay opening up. Drove across the street and the sign said attendant would tell me which bay. Waited, waited. Called a different place. ALL I wanted was the truck lubed. Other place got me in, done CORRECTLY. Charged me $25 and I was gone in less than 20 minutes.
