!!! Warning !!! Worst oil change place !!! They primed my fuel system with DEF !!! They put Newbie on my truck for oil change and for priming my fuel system he put pipe in my truck def tank and prime it into the housing for fuel pump ( prime machine ran for almost one to one and half minutes )and when I notice that I have told them and they told me they will change all the fuel filters and water separator and they changed filters And now after all this I don’t know what’s going to happen ( what if def goes to fuel pump and injectors) I hope everything will be good but in case if anything goes bad in my fuel system or injectors SPEEDCO must have taken full responsibility

I wish you could give zero stars Slow messy horrible Communication skills it is amazing how much this place has changed. They used to be super professional and clean Not anymore Everyone walking around instead just getting the job done. Very poor experience level as well

This Speedco isn’t very speedy at all. Was told I had a two hour wait because two other trucks were in front of me. I get in the bay, get checked in, and still waiting 40+ minutes. I have seen over 7 workers just standing around talking, eating, going to their car, and just walking around the shop trying to look busy. I’m here for a simple outside tire change on my trailer. No one seems to be concerned no in a rush to get the job done. It is currently 9:17p and they close at 10p. Should be rebranded to Slowco.

I went to SPEEDCO Oil & Lube for an oil change on my Freightliner Cascadia, and they overtightened the bolt on the oil pan. When I returned for another oil change, they tried to open the bolt but said they couldn’t because it would break, and they didn’t want to deal with that. Then they refused to open the bolt, telling me to deal with whoever did the last oil change—despite me showing receipts proving it was them. I ended up having to replace the oil pan at another shop, which cost me around $1,800. When I asked SPEEDCO for a discount, the next manager refused, saying they don’t give discounts because they wouldn’t be able to stay in business. I also heard that they make customers sign paperwork, but I was never asked to sign anything. They mentioned there was a recall from Freightliner and said they would replace the front air brake module for free. However, right after they replaced it, my brakes started sticking. I returned two weeks later and asked them to adjust it, explaining that they had replaced the module. The manager and mechanic were rude and unhelpful, but the lady mechanic was the only one who was nice

I'm downgrading my rating from 5 stars to one. Today while getting my PM I specifically told them not to check the batteries because a couple of PM's back they hooked my inverter wires up incorrectly and it caused me a big problem. I explained my batteries are only two months old and it's not necessary as I don't want to risk someone messing up the wiring again. They said no problem. I went to my truck to get something out of it and there was my battery box opened up and the guy is reconnecting the wires! I asked him what he was doing and told him I SPECIFICALLY told the other tech NOT to inspect the batteries and the reason why. He and two other techs claimed since I'm not the owner (I'm an ind. contractor for a small fleet owner) then they HAVE to check the batteries. I asked why nobody told me this BEFORE just going off and doing the opposite of what I told them. I would've gotten my boss, the owner on the phone to verify my request. I've had my truck PM'd one other time since the wiring incident and gave them the same instructions without any problems. When I asked them why they needed the owner to verify my instructions for the battery check but not for my other specifications (type of oil, a gallon of Lucas oil, filters, etc) they claimed they do "call in to get details". I asked them who they are supposedly and they said it depends on how I'm paying. When I told them it was with the owner's debit card and asked them when they call him without even knowing his name let alone a phone number. Then they backpedaled and said they don't call. I've been bringing my truck here for years without any of these issues. I don't appreciate them treating me and my instructions like I'm some moron driver that doesn't know anything and they can just disregard everything I've told them!

Took 12.5 hours from beginning to end on waiting and to put on four new tires on my Motorhome and rotate two. I brought ALL my materials with me and bought some additional balancing beads for the tires. After I was finally pulled in, old mechanic argued with me on my rotation, then was finally granted my rotation. I had to move things along myself because they took forever to mount the tires and torque them to spec. Took 3 different shifts to get to me. LOUSY!!!

Yesterday, I visited for maintenance and an oil change, initially told to expect a 45-minute wait. Over two hours later, I was serviced, and a tire issue was found. Despite Javier's claim that they couldn't address it due to closing time, the senior mechanic said jobs started before closing are always completed. I'm reporting Javier's dishonesty.

The manager here is absolutely professional. The rest of the employees are something to be discussed. 4 hours for a 30 minute job. The women are strutting around like they are Ms. Thang and the guys are totally clueless. This was a waste of my day and was almost late for my appointment. If you don’t have to do business here go elsewhere!!!!! So they said I needed a valve stem well they never took off the steer to check it and in fact it had a hole in it. The wipers they put on were 26 didn’t even touch the top or bottom of the windshield my truck required 22 inch blades They did fix the wiper reservoir after I told them what I needed Then turned around and charged my company almost 300.00

This is the absolute worst place to bring your semi for any repairs. Needed the wheel seal replaced & oil added. Got here @ 7:30 am with no line. Left 9 hours later. Had some kid who didn't know what he was doing wasting my time pretending to be a mechanic . Another guy. Was trying to run all these unnecessary test opening the hood checking the battery & a bunch of other stuff that wasn't wanted or needed. If you're looking for a place to treat you like you don't matter. Take their sweet time. The mechanics keep taking breaks. They give a bunch of excuses & their gonna waste your time. Congratulations. You've found the right place.
