Had trouble getting started/battery trouble at the truck gate at Google in Omaha NE. I called them and gave them my location and info on the problems I was having, and they were ready to send someone straight out to me. Fortunately, I managed to get my truck started on my own and they didn't have to come out.

No respect at all for trucker my battery died and i ask for help right in their parking for jump start help she said the driver toke it with him on the road and it was right there i could see it i will not do any services with love anymore

Truckers do not stop by there Price you according your race and skin The big white guy charge me for trailer side indicator 120$ (1pc)piece and 1hour labour to replace it. Total should be more than 200$ . only 5minute job to done. He think he can fool anyone. I buy same indicator light to next love care he sell me the light 25$ and charge labour for .25/hr. Total cost me 50$. Wish the love team fire this guy to increase his sale in future. He deserves to work at gas station. Thanks and keep avoiding this shop…! Stop by any other one.

I would not go to the shop because of the customer service are really rude and then I spoke to one of the production manager asking about the price of the tire. I cannot tell you we’re busy we cannot talk to you. I ask can I make an appointment. they said no we cannot take an appointment. I said I can come in on Monday but today’s Friday I can come in on Monday, but they’re really rude. place is Omaha, Nebraska

Truckers, it's better that you don't come to this place because I checked in at 8:00 PM and the next day at 8:00 AM, I didn't know the mechanic's name, but he treated me very badly. I have never seen such a bad mechanic at Speedco. I only had oil leaking from the hub cap of my trailer. Hey Speedco you need to hire more qualified and better mechanics for this workshop

Horrible service, girl at desk said 2 hours. I waited 7 hours, checked back multiple times and continue saying 2 more hours until 11pm I'm told tomorrow for an airbag and coolant leak. Watched her smoke many times, looked like her boyfriend came and had dinner cuz she doesn't care about the customers, techs smoke many times too. No one working on trucks with all these smoke breaks and boyfriend breaks. This shop is all about hanging out with your friends and not helping the driver. Change your management to help the driver and not herself.

I rewrote this review because the evening shift lady I now understand had an inexperienced guy under her. I needed a hose and my truck was there for 12 hours. The young mechanic black guy seemed to have no knowledge as a mechanic. He took the part off in 20 minutes yet I waited 6 hours and it was not done at 11 o clock at night. Definitely not the speediest place in Omaha! If this was my first impression of Loves it would be my last. After talking with them in the morning I believe they rectified the situation with there help. One star to 3 for helping to better customers experience as of what they told me at 9 in the morning.

It took them 6 1/2 hours to fix a flat tire. They said I was lucky I didn't have to wait till tomorrow. I cant wait to come back.

Knowledgeable mechanics, trailer brake chamber was fixed within an hour after getting into a bay, tire pass discovered a problem with one of my drive tires, a nail was removed and plugged. I was third in line when I arrived at 1100 back on the road at 1640
