Today I had bad experience in this Speedco while they were working on my truck they told me that I cannot use the bathroom sink for tooth brush imagine you spent allots of money in service you And this how they repay the drivers horrible guy his name is Daniel avoid this place.

This has to be the cleanest Speedco I've been to. I very much appreciate this. Nothing worse than getting out and stepping in oil then tracking it back into the truck. Might not be a big deal for some but it is for me. David the manager met at my truck and signed me in. Within minutes the process started. Very impressed with all the staff and the work performed. This location knows Customer Service and is definitely appreciated!!!!

David Summey was too lazy to do an accurate DOT inspection on my truck, therefore he failed me. Then on top of that, he literally told me that he wasn't a mechanic. THEN, a female worker (bless her herat) came behind the guy that changed my oil and found out it was a gallon low. Other than that young lady, these guys are jokes. Avoid if you have to pay for these things out of your pocket

I visited today with a Motor Coach. I have been coming here for 4 years. It gets worse every time. - 1 star for not having 2 of my filters - 1 star for not having strips to check my coolant - 1 star for not checking my batteries like I asked - 1 star for installing the wrong fuel filter and having my Coach stall out as I was leaving the parking lot - 1 star for waiting for over 1 hour after the oil change in the parking lot while they tried to get my Coach started again. After I insisted on them installing the correct filter it started right up. - 1 star for not offering to discount the price for the mistakes and the time wasted for their errors. Wait, well, I'm out of stars. Too bad. It used to be a convenient place to have regular maintenance completed. I heard Love's took over a couple of years ago and it's been down hill since.

Speedco over everyone, sorry I’ve been to TA, I’ve been to Loves - no thanks Speedco is the place to get oil changes, they let me watch my oil get drained, they let me watch the filters be changed, I could hear when they torqued the oil plug, see them grease my fittings and fifth wheel, in the bay and go go go, Thank you for showing me how it’s done like a pro.

Stopped today for a full PM service. I was greeted right away by John. We went over what I wanted, and he didn't push anything on me at all. He was very knowledgeable about the service and what he was doing! This location only does. Oil changes, so don't come looking for other services. John and his crew did more than I ever saw another Loves crew do. I was shown samples of the diff fluids and transmission fluid. I've never even seen another location check those items at all, much less provide a sample! I will definitely make it a point for this location to be my new PM service spot! John is a great asset to your company. Loves!

They beat me outta $300 like it was just another day's work. ALWAYS keep ur eyes on these folks because they will change things without even asking ur permission unlike other locations. CROOKS
