Let’s just say I have a neighborhood Mechanic as long as Chad and his crew is there! I’ve always been skeptical about mechanics as a woman and only taking my car to the dealership, but lately I haven’t felt the most heard or supported at the dealership. Before getting on the road for the holiday, I decided to give a local chain a try. I was the second customer and the service from management to the mechanic was absolutely amazing! They were very patient in answering all my questions and got me safely back on the road. My car is driving great and I will definitely be back for my future services. Thanks guys. 🚗

Had a great experience here! The manager was very nice, made everything super easy, and was knowledgeable, but didn't try to push things I didn't need like most places, which for me is extremely important. Will absolutely be back for my car maintenance!

Needed a state inspection for my vehicle. They were the ONLY shop in the area that had someone to assist me. The wait was 15 minutes and the staff were friendly and super professional. Will most definitely be coming back.

The staff is very nice and friendly. They get you in and out. If you ever go ask for Tavaris . He’s going to take care of you and make you feel welcomed and at home. Prices are reasonable and they always have coupons online and discounts in store.

I came by the shop this weekend after getting the runaround from a few other tire shops in the area. I was definitely having a day. Chad was so helpful and nice. He helped me with my tire and gave me advice about another issue that my car was having. I will be back to get some other maintenance done. Thanks Chad

Horrible service !!! They didnt make my brakes done ! They me buy extra parts and at the end of the day ! I had to go to Honda because They have no idea what i had ! And also the damage a part in my breaks and last but no less They Charge me 150 dólares for it ! They suckssssssss

I went to several car service places around the area and all had issues whether it was closing early, techs leaving early, etc. When I went to Speedee’s they were super friendly and more than happy to do my car’s inspection! Even right before close and in rainy weather. I will definitely be a returning customer!

I live in the area and just so happen to see this place, I brought my car here Saturday morning and was in and out for my oil change. Taraves the assistant manager and his staff assisted me with class and respect. I will be sure to come back to get all my services done. Very inexpensive, & great customer service!

Tavaris and Chad were fabulous! They assisted me with a state inspection for my truck and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very grateful for their help and I will definitely be back. Fast, efficient, and above and beyond service! Highly recommend.

Took my car in today as I was having problems with my brakes not working properly and feeling like they were giving out. Chad, T, and Matt were all so extremely professional and helpful in figuring out what was wrong and fixing the issue. They were able to explain what was going on so that I could clearly understand as well. My car was ready to go in just under an hour and is running better than it was before it ever had any issues. Very very good pricing as well. Love that there are honest mechanics in Charlotte. Highly recommended coming to these guys for any car troubles or just an oil change.
