Super nice and helpful. During a car inspection, staff showed me some damage on my shocks that would need to be fixed soon, even though it didn’t prevent me passing. They weren’t trying to sell me anything either. I appreciated them actually taking me under the car to see for myself!

Always professional and so willing to help! My daughter's Jeep Patriot was low on freon. They had a standard fee to assess the leak and make a recommendation. It took several hours for them to complete their assessment because the leak was so small. The fee was the same. I know they lost a ton of money trying to help my daughter 😅 I would highly recommend Speedy Lube for all your automotive repairs! Their shop is super modern and the people are very well trained! What a pleasure to know people that actually care about you and your vehicle! Blessings to the family that owns all these Speedy Lube businesses here in the Charlotte Metro. Thank you so much for the great service! 😇

Probably the best experience I’ve had for auto service! I pulled up with only 10 minutes before close and Nick and team were still willing to stay late to do both an oil change and inspection for me. On top of that, Nick even applied a discount for the service and gave me a coupon for a future discount. Nick and team were super fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. Top notch quality service!

I had a great experience here , the facility was very clean with plenty of amenities available while you wait( the massage chair in the lobby was a plus). The staff is very professional, and the service was quick and very efficient. Will be coming back here again on my next service .

Although the staff were very friendly, they didn't have my tire in stocks, upon ordering the tire I was told it would be 1 hour.. tati hours later I was informed the tire was on the way would be there within yet another hour. 🙅‍♂️ NOPE, just refund me please?

Not a fan of my experience. They charged me 10 bucks more than what was on their board in the shop, then had added additional charges for more oil needed with out mentioning that to me before hand. Leaves you in an awkward spot. Throughout the process I was constantly being upsold, they showed me my air filter and it looks like they took leaves b shit and threw it in the filter. I know how old my filter is , and while I’m not certain they did that themselves it really wouldn’t too suprised had they do it themselves. The oil changed ended up costing me 20+ more than I was thought to believe at the onset.

Speedee is the best! Been going to them for a while and the new location just opened next to my house. Called them about needing a new tire in the morning. Went in that day. Great customer service and replaced my tire in an hour. Highly recommend!

They always take care of my vehicle and does an awesome job at an affordable price. I have a Mercedes and they offer me the same service at a reasonable price and I never have any complaints. They are nice and don’t take advantage of me being that I am a women and don’t know much about cars.

Went in for an emissions test on 9/25/24. Nick let me know that since my car was a 2024, the emissions test wouldn’t be needed but instead a different test which was less money. That alone was so kind because some people would’ve just charged me the higher price. Nick was so helpful and talked with me about the DMV visit I had coming up shortly, giving me some helpful tips that saved me HOURS of time. After my DMV visit, I came back asking for suggestions on a car I was thinking of buying and Nick told me the pros and cons and suggested a make & model to buy for my budget that him and his wife purchased. Like he TOTALLY went above and beyond what his job description is I’m sure. As a single mom with no male family members, in that moment, I felt like I had a male family member helping me out. It meant so so much to me. The service I was provided was fast. The whole place had smiling faces (including the mechanics). I never really considered excellent customer service AND mechanics being hand in hand but I feel like it was here. Think Chic Fil A service but for your car. Excellent establishment! I will be back. Thank you!!

Took my car in to get an inspection and ended up needing a bit more work done in order to pass. SpeeDee did it all in-house, when doing a pricing comparison to my dealer quoted rates, SpeeDee came in under. The lobby was welcoming, great coffee bar and my kids were obsessed with the massage chair. All in all, took 1.5 hours to get the work done, but I barely noticed a thing because I was comfortable and the staff was really nice. I referred my mom 2 weeks later and they also treated her courteously and were able to help her with her needs.
