Gave 2 stars for quick service. Removed 3 stars due to 1. Asked to speak to supervisor (Jeff) to catch up on leaking plastic seal that was brought up a week or two after prior oil change. He never came into the office to talk to me. 2. Technician raising voice / scolding me in front of other customers for not bringing in car for oil change sooner even though my schedule is within synthetic oil change interval. 3. Change oil warning light was not reset on my car. This has been done countless times here and at the VW deapership. I visited YouTube for the solution.

Was in desperate need for calipers and rotors and pads. Or so I thought, but spoke to Sam, who was amazing on the phone. After a diagnosis he found that the calipers were fine but did need rotors and pads. It pays to ask around and appreciate his honesty. Was in and out quickly. Will definitely be back. Sam again is amazing as well as the whole staff. Thanks again Sam.

The customer service is top tier here I give them that. Everyone was nice and informative. However the prices for simple work is outrageous. $120 oil change is unheard of. I will not be back however, if your pockets deep & price don’t matter to you . This your place. 👍🏾

I  am editing my last review of this place. I previously rated this place with five stars, but my last experience has made me edit my review. The last time I went there a couple of weeks ago, for a simple oil change. When I was leaving, the guy said oh your brakes need to be done bad. I said, "Could I wait a month?" He replied, This needs to be addressed asap! I said, oh I just need my brake pads changed? I was told nope, we change everything here it's going to cost you about $400. The next day, I took my car to a place that specializes in breaks, and does free inspections. After my brakes were inspected, He told me my brakes are fine! Conclusion, like I said in the beginning, this place is good for a quick oil change, I would be hesitant doing anything else without a second opinion. My second opinion saved me $400!

I’m SO glad I found SpeeDee for oil changes & inspections. I made an initial phone call to ask questions, then when I got to the shop Ali (? forgive me beautiful woman in the front office, I’m old LOL, but I believe that’s your name?), but Ali ran out & stood in line at the bay so I could pull up cuz it’s first come first serve but I parked on the side cuz I didn’t realize where I should go. Who goes above & beyond like that anymore?!! She did!! Then they got my oil change & inspection done lickety-split & the gentleman (Jeff I think?) explained everything he did for the oil change SO professionally. They had a $15 off coupon on line so that was a huge blessing also!! From my first ph call til I drove away & everything in between it was the best experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change & inspection done. You owe it to yourself to visit them for your car needs. I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you SpeeDee!
