Never having an oil change here let alone any repairs done at this place i won't go into details, nether less don't trust them. UPDATE AFTER COMPANY RESPONSE I had expressed my disappointment while management was there and acknowledged it but did nothing, just because you see my review you guys want me to contact management so they can give me some type of compensation to take my review down sorry to inform you it's not gonna happen.

I have been going here for years, but never again. They said 30 mins but ended up being over 2 hours because they did not have the correct gear oil. Then charged me $160 for the 5 quarts ? Very unfair. $280 to change the gear oil in a 1991 pickup...

Used them once for an oil change for my mother's SUV.. seemed like decent people at the time Called for a quote, the person on the phone (Andrew) was short and rude to me on the call, within 30 seconds of being on the phone and asking for a quote, he tried to upsell and then when I tried to decline he was dismissive of me and told me to call some other company. Will never bring any of my vehicles to this location again. You guys just lost a potential repeat customer and the business of my family. 6/28/24 update.. Almost 4 and a half months since I posted this review and received the response below from corporate.. To Date NOT A SINGLE PERSON has reached out to me since I sent them the email they requested with my contact information. They have no desire to correct any of the issues I presented. I stand by this review and will not change it. They had their chance.

Went here 7/02/24 for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil change was a fair price, but I was told by the technician that he had to ask his manager for the price of the tire rotation due to my tire size. I have a 2023 Ford Bronco with stock 315/70R17 (35") tires. The technician went away and came back and informed me that his manager informed him that it would be $150, just for the tire rotation. I declined the service and went to a competitor location a few minutes away. The oil change was the same price, but the service included a free tire rotation, and my tire size didn't matter.

I’ve been going to speedee for years now for oil changes and there was a time when I had a new tech working on my car and he ended up stripping the drain plug on the oil pan. Instead of the company taking responsibility for the repair they charged me over $800.00 for a new oil pan and told me they couldn’t retap the striped out drain plug.After 10 years in the military as a mechanic I find that hard to believe. I’m a little bit hesitant on bringing my car back to them now.
