Best experience ever. I have an older vehicle that was not passing the smog inspection. All of the other places I went to offered no solution except for this one. They fixed my car the following business day and showed me every part they fixed. They communicated with me through the entire process and talked about my options as far as price was concerned. This is the place you want to go to to be taken care of!!! Great staff, honest people. 10/10 recommend!!

Have 1980 toyota pick up Went in had my smog check didn't pass ,so they did some repair to the truck and it pass the smog the price was reasonable wood recommend to anyone .

I literally just needed a license plate screwed on, because I had no holes in the front of my car. Guy said $40.00. Lol. He asked how much I expected to spend. I went to another local shop and the guy spent, I kid you not, like 2 minutes drilling and the plate was on....for FREE.

I went to this auto shop at the last minute to get a smog check. I also planned to get my oil changed right next door at Valvoline. Without hesitation, the owner said, just bring it and I’ll get you right in. While there, he somehow read my mind and asked if I need an oil change. He said we can get it done since you’re already on the lift and top off all your fluid. Talk about one stop shop and price was not bad also. The tech assigned to my car also checked my cabin filter, which Valvoline won’t check. He then said, we have a fridge full of soda, grab something to drink. Talk about customer service, this is it. I highly recommend this auto shop. The owner is very friendly and respectful.

Sam and the guys at speedy auto have service a few of my families cars now and helped get them back on the road or helped diagnosis what the problems are and what can be done. 97 mercury cougar xr7 05 volkswagen golf. 07 lexus rx 400 05 Dodge sxt Very professional and I feel comfortable with them handling the cars. Sam and Speedy Auto Repair have repeatedly saved my 1987 Suzuki Samurai from the wrecking yard. They quickly diagnosed the reason for the failed smog check and fixed the problem and now the car is running better than it has in years. Never before have i had a mechanic check in with me after i brought the car home to see how it was doing. These guys are great!

I really like the fact that they were open till 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. I pulled up and there was no waiting, the test took like 20 minutes. I used my credit card, tap and pay. The coupon they have on their website for $12 off was honored with no hesitation and I was offered a free retest if it didn't pass, which fortunately it did. I'm sure I'll be coming back with my other cars

I went to the shop because I had a dead rat under my dashboard. They did a detailed cleaning and was able to get the smell out!!! The staff is efficient and friendly. I will be taking my car back for service in the future!

Like most people, I hate doing car things. But Sam at Speedy Auto Repair and Smog Check was very kind and helpful. The staff was also very kind. They smogged my car and had me out of there way faster than I anticipated. Would recommend (and I already have to family/friends) to anyone for a smog check, oil change, or other car services!

Just another shop that's not busy and will try to capitalize as much as possible per vehicle. Only reason why I don't give 0 starts is because they were friendly. Met the owner( sam) before and told me to ask for him next time I visit that he would help me. So I visited and asked for an oil change, air filter change and front brakes done. I had the parts for the oil and air filter change. Mind I asked him for a brake change. He said he would do a brake inspection and if denied repairs I'd pay for the inspection.( which should of been a red flag, in fact, brake inspections are to be done by law in the state of California by any shop for free, a brake inspection and diagnosis are two different things) I get called in less than an hour and get quoted over a grand, I said no thanks, have you done the oil change yet?(techniquelly they should have not started the oil change until I got the results of the inspection and wait for the go ahead on the repair with prices already given) But that's how they roped me in...so now I owe for an oil and air filter change, 50 dollars plus 35. And a "brake inspection" quoted at 149, which is awfully close to the price for a 1 hour diagnosis. So I ended up paying 220 something for basically an oil change.....don't come to this shop, it's overpriced and shady dealings.... PS the owner did "help me" he gave me a $3.80 discount....thought it was worth mentioning.

I have trusted this place for over a decade. Two times I went elsewhere and I got ripped off and my issues were not fixed. If you come here they will fix it and be fair with what they charge. My car always leaves this shop better. I refuse to go anywhere else anymore, even for a simple oil change, I am going here.

I’ve been looking for a one-stop shop for all my car repair needs, and I’ve finally found it with Speedy Auto Repair! I’ve gotten a smog test done here, new tires, new brakes, & replacement pieces for my side view mirrors. They really can do it all, and they are so friendly during the entire process. I don’t know anything about cars but they’ve taken time to explain why certain parts needed to be replaced or what the dangers were if they were not replaced. I appreciate them and will be coming back for all my car needs from here on out!

Really honest and dependable father-son business. They are fair and don’t try to sell you on unnecessary repairs. They aren’t the cheapest, but that’s because they don’t use the cheapest parts. No return trips for the same thing, and if you don’t like the way the car is accelerating or responding, bring it back, they stand behind their work.

They failed to provide the proper service to my vehicle. I was on the road when I heard a weird sound. Well, from my neighbor who works on cars. Speedy failed so secure the new break pad bolt. It came off when I was driving...when I went to break, it caused the break pad to grind into my rims and shake my car so badly I was scared to death. Horrible part is I had my kid in the car when all this happened. Luckily nothing worse happen because of this. I spend a lot replacing all my breaks, roters, left axel and the one job they could of done right wasn't done. How do you fail to secure a break pad. Luckily I had someone figure out the problem and they are taking care of it. I was without a car for a week. I refuse to take it back to speedy because I don't feel they would of been honest and would of probably made me buy stuff I don't need. Unfortunately, I did like the son and dad but like vs mine and my kids saftey doesn't compare. The pictures are of the missing bolt, the tire, all that silver scratch and scraping is because a worker failed to secure a break pad bolt. **To reply to your comment on my feedback of the unsafe work done to my vehicle. When I went back there to drop off the card holder replacement my son broke. I explained my car felt off, felt weird like it was dragging. Something was holding it back from moving forward smoothly. Your dad test drove it and told me that it was fine. Yes, I was going to take it back once my wheel got demolished by the fallen break pad. I thought it was the right axel at first. I talked to my neighbor about it. He checked it out, saw the brake pad dropped down against my wheel rim and said its the brake pad. Something isnt right with it. That moment, I knew your workers screwed up. Unfortunately, no. I'm not going to give a place a second chance when the simplest thing they could of done was make sure their work was done properly. The whole point of the review is because the work was not done properly, correct and safe. I shouldn't of had experienced this issue at all. Furthermore, that simple over look by your workers could of caused a major accident putting my son and my life in jeopardy. Who in their right mind will go back to a place that couldn't do the job correctly the first time? I sure the f_ck wouldn't. YOU dont seem to understand, it's not a small issue like forgetting to reset a dash sensor. MY issue with the poor work on my breaks is a big problem that could of resulted in a serious accident. Your trying to make it as if its my fault because i didnt go back to you and give you a chance to fix it. I can't trust your company nor workers. You are the business, I am a consumer. I paid for work to be done correctly. Not only is my rim now messed up because of a workers lack of work ethics. I now have to pay more money for someone to fix your workers screw ups and to check the other 3 break pads to make sure they are done correctly, so I will not encounter this issue again. Are you going to replace my wheel rim? No, your not. Therefore, you can write back whatever you want in regards to this review but my 1 star stands. I should NEVER have had this issue in the first place. That I stand by and I'm sure anyone who owns a car would agree.
