I don’t have a problem with the work but don’t over charge me for a job just cause 120 to change front brakes is crazy I will just keep going to the Mexicans

They also used a laser to align my tires and make sure they were balanced. The price was very reasonable and they even gave me a coupon for my next visit. Not professional. Too r Expensive. $100 for oil change on a Dodge Charger?? Wouldn't recommend that place to anyone. They didn't even know how to turn the oil change due light off. Smj

The service was alright until the end. The service technician did not know which oil my car took. Sotheby's manager apologized for the inconvenience. He said it was his mistake.

Use the same oil for all the different cars, and charge customer different prices and it's only has cheap oil the manger/owner purchased. If they don't feel like working they would pretend that the customer had a oil changed with the same oil they drove to the oil company. Now what's right about that

When I moved to the north side I needed an oil change pronto and attempted to do some research looking for a new mechanic. I’m fully aware that not everyone can be pleased so I read the comments of the places close by and decided to go with this place. I’m currently typing this review from my mechanic shop. After coming to this place I now have an oil leak on a 4 year old car. I’ve never had an oil leak or any problems bc I try to take care of my car as much as possible. I’ve had the same mechanic for 5 years and they took care of all my cars but I moved to the north side and I felt left without a close by mechanic. Now I’m back with my mechanic on the southwest and no one will ever touch my car again. Take this as you like but you have been warned. Read the comments. All of them. Some people aren’t exaggerating. They’re nice guys but no thanks

Have used them 3-4 times, and today was the last day I'm going there. The last time, the mechanic didn't put the cap back on the engine when he changed the oil, so the oil started leaking out. I went back and showed him, and he apologized, cleaned the engine, refilled the oil, and offered me half off my next oil change. Handled it like a man, and a professional. Today, I go back, and provide the written discount on my receipt, and the manager flips! Dogs out the mechanic, called his boss, and they agree they will not honor the discount. Instead of getting into a confrontation, defending their employee, who seems to be the only professional in the place, I just said I'll get it done somewhere else, and they were totally fine with that. Maybe the mechanic should be in management and these managers should do the oil changes? They don't know how to treat their employees, or their customers. Took my business to Oil Can on Wayside and got much better service. So their choice was either lose $15 or lose a customer. They chose to lose a customer.
