Speedy Repair went above and beyond for us!!!! Helped us find a towing company that was better suited for our budget, let our camper sit on their lot till they could squeeze us in, and sit on their lot again until we could make the trek back up to pick it up. They even met us on a weekend for pick up! The work they did was honest and quick. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in Douglas - or in a jam on the road!

I can't say thanks enough to Speedy Repair! I had bought a truck out of state that wasn't a good deal. They have been kind, patient, and very knowledgeable in helping me deal with a messy, confusing, and frustrating situation. If you are looking for a reasonable, honest shop, Speedy Repair is it. Will, Melissa, and their crew are some of the best!

When life was throwing to the mat and the car decided to crap out on me and completely break me Will and Melissa helped me out took my broken car as a trade in and squared me away with another vehicle. They are such incredible people and an amazing and fair shop 1000% recommend going to see them for any of your auto repair needs !!!

I have been in Wyoming for almost 4 years now with approximately a 6 month break from the oil field. Upon coming back out, I have had issue after issue with my truck. They have treated me and my fur baby "Baby" like family. They're really helpful with everything knowing that I have no home and live out of my semi. I feel really overwhelmed with trying to run a business, but keep my homefront alive. They just give me a hug and tell me "Everything will be okay". They've even helped Baby and I with a vehicle to be able to escape the truck for a get away. Unfortunately, I will not be able to make it home for the holidays at all again this year, however, they've invited Baby and I to theirs, so essentially, we ( Baby and I ) have become a part of their's. Thank you to Will, Melissa, Ray, Pops, and Craig for adopting us as a part of your family. Work done right the first time.

Absolutely stellar, helpful, fast, and friendly Wyoming service. I had my truck engine blow out on a drive and got towed to Speedy Repair. Will was not only super friendly but very knowledgeable as well and accurately and quickly diagnosed the problem. The service went above and beyond and I can’t recommend this place enough!

If I could give more stars I would. Our car decided to stop working on our way to Custer for the second part of our trip in the middle of nowhere Wyoming. We called 3 different places and nobody could get our car in. We called Speedy’s and they were able to get us back on the road the next afternoon! We cannot thank them enough! We ran into some fantastic people in Douglas Wyoming!

Passing through Douglas in our RV, we experienced a coolant leak. We found Speedy Repairs with an internet search and and they were willing to interrupt their in-progress work to help us out! Terrific folks!

We were pulling a uhaul trailer and our truck died on the freeway , we were towed to another garage but they could not get to us for a week. Speedy repair was the only one willing to squeeze us in right away. They even were willing to pick us up from the hotel to take us to the truck and pull us to their shop. How amazing is that! They are super nice and decent people. Definitely a five star operation

Can’t say enough great things about will, Melissa, and wills brother! My wife and I purchased a new truck and were driving back home to Wisconsin when we hit a pronghorn. We were in a completely dead area with no cell service. Luckily we were able to limp our truck until we had service. We were recommended speedy repair by locals we came across. At 3 am we called will and he answered right away! Told him what happened and he assisted us the whole way through with tow truck recommendations and everything. They evaluated the truck and realized it needed some significant parts to get back on the road. We needed to be home by Monday so he went out of his way to drive 175 miles for us to get the parts we needed so we could make it back home to our kids and work. We were shown Incredible hospitality. They gave us rides to and from the hotel, offered to take us grocery shopping. just went above and beyond to help us out. You don’t find genuine people like that too often. Thank you to everyone at speedy repair. Y’all were a true blessing!

We were driving home from picking up a new truck and hit a pronghorn at 3 am. William got back to us right away and gave us a towing company to use and said to come in the next morning. He and his workers came in on a Saturday and went above and beyond to get parts to fix our truck, so we could get back home to our kids and in time for our jobs (15 hours away). William's wife, Melissa and he were a pleasure to work with. If you are ever stuck around Douglas, Lusk or in that area of Wyoming with car troubles...call Speedy Repair. They will not disappoint, they do reliable, honest work. William even called us 2 days later to make sure we got home safely. Too bad Speedy Repair isn't near where we live...I highly recommend them!

Will and Melissa are the greatest! They fixed my car completely and showed fantastic hospitality to me and my girlfriend and even fed us lunch while we waited for our car! They are wonderful people. I recommend only coming to this shop and no others in Douglas because Will & Melissa will keep it honest!

they fixed major repairs that would’ve taken days in less than a day. they were super nice and fed us lunch while we waited. owners wife melissa was very comforting to me with the stress of fixing the car. if you need your car fixed in douglas this is where to go!!

They told me my batteries were bad, still in my semi 6 months later , they told me my clutch was shot, still using it 6 months later . I had an appointment for them to put in two new differentials that cost me over 10k, in my 379. They put the diffs in a month after my appoint ment date, and were nasty if I tried to call to find out anything .Checking my fluids right after the job, the diffs were 3&1/2 gallons low ,for which I was charged to fill them. Now I am on the side of the road in Utah missing work. I have never met bigger liars and cheats in my life, and I am a retired police officer!. and thats not including the frieght liner power steering resevoir they put in my peterbilt without asking , that my hood was hitting , and it broke because it wasnt meant for my truck!Just one bad expeirce after another!I could mention other bad jobs like my hood, but ill spare you,
