Money swindlers and scammers literally bought a full set of tires 11/14, 11/20 tire blows out on my way home from work and they blame me saying it’s a road hazard not manufacture defect yea im sure looked at the tire and straight up told me that I hit something and I hadn’t don’t spend your hard earned money with these scammers $622 gone to waste

The owner was very nice, but they messed up on the few simple things I asked to have done. I told both the owner and the guy who worked on my car that I thought I had a nail on my driver side tire, because I keep having to air it up every few weeks. I also got my front tires balanced and specifically asked them to only air the tire, after they fixed the leak, to 32 psi. They said they inflated it to over 50 psi and put it in water and found no leak. Later, when I was leaving, I noticed my car pulling toward the driver side. I stopped and checked the air pressure, and my passenger tire was inflated to well over 50 psi. Anyone who knows much about cars knows you should never drive with a tire, especially on a sedan, inflated with that much pressure. It’s obvious, even though I told them both which one to check more than once, that they checked the wrong tire. They also put me in danger letting me leave with the tire inflated that high. It says right inside the driver door what to inflate it to. Come on guys. Terrible job for a tire shop. I just hope they did the balance job right.

These gentlemen were 3 MINUTES 3 from closing I rolled up in there on (3) wheels like I HAVE A SCREW IN MY TIRE!! 😬 They were literally closing up for the day and they said MA’AM we can help you quick fast and VERY POLITE!!IF I COULD GIVE 10 STARS I WOULD thank you to ALL THE GENTLEMAN that accommodated me!!GOD BLESS YOU!! Got a used tire went up the street and tire caught a flat. Came back for a refund or replacement and was told they would plug it. Wouldn't recommend

ABSOLUTE LIFE SAVERS!! Man on multiple occasions I’ve been saved by these experienced experts. From the changing of tires, to the fast efficient oil change these guys have been the best. Great attitudes as well as great prices. On top of everything else they are humans willing and ready to work out any and all of your auto needs! TERRIBLE PLACE!! please read these reviews before even thinking of bringing your truck/car here. I’m hitting almost 3 months with no truck and they keep saying “call back next week” and have have gone weeks with no update unless I call!!! and surprisingly the boss is “never there” to speak with that’s a lie! don’t bring your vehicle here if it needs some work done they will take months bc they are lazy and scammers. If i could i would leave 0 stars but i want to make people aware!

Horrible place and service. They messed up my rim and new lug nuts and didn't want to fix it... Manager threatened me and everything. 4 people where also there because their tires after a day or 2 popped. 0 of 1000 not worth it find a new place. There is a place 4 min away in Crowley and they are 100% better.

These mf always have a trick up there sleeve. Be careful. I went to go get my brakes done and they didn't replace them. Just told me it was done without changing nothing..it was chuy and that other mf tall mexican.

This place is amazing - and honest. We came here thinking we needed to replace our tire and the tech came out and said no you just need to patch the one you have (saving us like 40 ish dollars ). I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much guys ! ❤️

Bought a tire and the young dude didn't want to put it on and sent me to another store after over charging. Went to the other store and they didn't want to put it on because he said it was they're job. All in all both stores on Altamesa are garbage. Your customers should never have to go through that. Bad enough the tire went down after having it mounted to my rim. Bad tire.

Good work and great customer service I thought. The next morning my tire was on flat. I told "Bad excuse for a manager" Eddie they tightened my bolts too tight. He said they didn't. They worked the tire a second time. 3 days later I woke up to another flat. Discount tire said bolts were stripped. $54 later for bolts and $155 for a new tire. I only asked Eddie to replace the bolts, he wouldn't. DO NOT LET EDDIE AND SPEEDY RIP YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Got my car inspected on a Friday and passed took my truck up to speedy tires #3 Saturday to get a oil change. sunday engine nocking and check engine light is on .checked the oil and its over filled took it back and they lied and said that i didnt have oil when i just put oil in it told me that they put in 6 qt of oil in i asked them did they check it and they said no i got it on voice record didnt want to help at all my car was running great before they change the oil so i will be seeing speedy tire #3 in court this happened August 19 2023

I went in for one thing and they did another spent $800 on a fan I did not need then they couldn’t give me my original fan that DIDNT have a problem! Please don’t go here for your mechanic needs, they really take advantage of people. When I came to tell them I still had the same problem they wanted to charge me another $1000! They are a joke I hope you learn from my mistake.

Be careful with this place. They say that they change the parts for new ones and leave the same ones, they only change the less valuable parts, they still charged me the entire amount of money, I made the claim and the Hispanics treated me rudely, that's how people who steal act. I imagine how they steal from women who hardly know about parts? Be careful.

I love coming to speedy tires , my whole family bring there cars here , fast service & good prices i got 4 tires new tires with free wheel alignment they saved me $75 . I really recommend people to come here

Please read the reviews before thinking of using this place. This was the worst customer service i’ve ever received, they lie about what services they are trying to perform and they try to scam you for extra parts. My vehicle was left here for a month and nothing was done, mind you everything was already approved by the insurance I was just waiting on this place to do their job but guess what? Nothing was done, and not to mention they even hung up in my face numerous times. Nothing is “Speedy” about this place. Completely unacceptable.

Very friendly and helpful even though they were a few minutes from closing. They still took care of fixing the flat tire that had 2 screws and were able to patch them up for me and promptly put it back on the car.
