The owner Keith Spence was very polite and knowledgeable. I took my car in I had no appointment I needed a purge valve. They started working on my car right away. I was done within the hour. I am very satisfied. I definitely recommend this place and the price was very fair and reasonable compared to other mechanic shops.

I went in with a tire with a large nail in it and it was losing air quickly. They got on it immediately and plugged the tire. Saved me from having to change a tire. Nice people!

Horrible experience!! They have had my car since November 19, 2023 and my car is still sitting in the same place. Keith communicated LIES via TELEPHONE weekly concerning the progress of the vehicles repair. When I arrived today to check in FACE TO FACE, his story completely changed. I became extremely upset with the LIES he has told for nearly 3 months and I expressed it as such! As a result he says I was lying and he’s NOT touching my car. So I asked him to call the Warranty Company and communicate that to them and to give me my keys, he refused and threatened to call the police. I called the police and my lawyer. (TO BE CONTINUED…)

I am writing this review to share my deeply unsatisfactory experience with Spence Automotive. Unfortunately, my recent visit to their establishment has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. To begin with, the initial service on my car was riddled with multiple mistakes, the most concerning being the neglectful omission of a hose. This oversight resulted in my car not accelerating properly which could have resulted in an accident. I was shocked by the lack of attention to detail and professionalism exhibited by the mechanics. However, what truly compounded my disappointment was the unprofessionalism displayed by the owner when I attempted to address these issues. Upon calling to discuss the matter calmly, I was met with a barrage of offensive language, including swearing and cursing. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and, quite frankly, disgusting. As a woman, I did not expect to be subjected to such unprofessionalism, and it has left me deeply offended. I believe that a customer has the right to expect a certain level of courtesy and respect when dealing with service providers, and unfortunately, this was not the case at Spence Automotive It is disheartening to see a business owner engage in such behavior, tarnishing the reputation of the entire establishment. In conclusion, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Spence Automotive for their automotive needs. My experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and the unprofessional behavior exhibited is inexcusable. I hope that my review serves as a cautionary tale for others and that this business takes the necessary steps to rectify their service quality and address the unprofessional conduct of their owner.

I thought I would have to go somewhere and get a huge bill. He was so honest with me told me it was just a dust cover on the floor took it off, fixed my headlight, car done.

I went in and said hello asked if they could do a NC inspection today …and the servicemen snapped (didn’t say hello or welcome ) and said you need to leave it here we can’t just do it today ..it’ll be done sometimes Tomo ..I just said thankyou and left …will never return back

I took my truck there and it set in there parking lot for 6 weeks and they didn't do nothing to it, so I went and got it and took it somewhere else, I felt like they where just putting other things in front of me

Horrible service! Waited 5 months to get Van engine repaired. Very shady with communication. Got van back still not fixed Properly. Spent good money for horrible service! Don’t want to bring back afraid they might damage further. Very disappointed!
