After spending too much at another shop and having returned 3 separate occasions I finally met Dan and his crew they fixed my issues without pressing me to have more done than needed to get back on the road. Spencer’s was so courteous and helpful, I recently did some work to my car and noticed I needed a great alignment which they had a promotional deal and I paid for a great diagnosis which in fact they suggested items I should have fixed or updated to my vehicle. They got me aligned right and car running in perfect condition which i will highly recommend to everyone Spencer’s is the place to go to get your car properly back onto the road!!!

I had heard that Spencer Auto repair was a good place to get my car fixed. I did go and I was very pleased with the customer service and that they took the time to explain what was going on with my car. I will go back to them if I need my car worked on again.

Everyone at the Mesa location was so nice and helpful. They were upfront and honest with me. They didn't push me into anything I didn't want. At other places I have gone I have felt like I was taken advantage of, but I never felt that way at Spencer's. I will be a return customer. Thank you

Spencer's has always given great service, for example, today my battery died, I got a jump and called them on my way to their place and they got me in and changed out my battery immediately!!

The customer service here is impeccable, there was a slight mistake that a new employee in training made but the operations manager Will called me right away with concern, compassion and information, he addressed all of the issue and took great care of me. I highly recommend this family owned shop. They deserve your service thanks to Will! :)

Today got an estimate for emissions repair noted also may need 2 other parts for emissions concerning fuel pump.said either way work would take half a day. I retuned home n applied my car..for $900 help from AZ my car help on line was approved called Spencer's n told person that answered of the approval. Set time to bring SUV to be told would take a few days.whats the difference $450 was the estimate plus if other parts are required .now that 900 is avaliable why the time of repair to take longet.

Had a lot of stuff that needed to be done to my car before a cross country trip. Kalani Awana fought tooth and nail to get me the best service at the best price as well as making sure everything got done by the days end despite having other cars to work on. Had I not been moving this would be my go to place. Fantastic mechanic.

I came to Spencer's to get my A/C repaired. I stated that my car was not blowing cold air due to a slow leak and I requested to find out where the leak is coming from along with replacement. After inspection, I was told that there were no leaks and offered an evac and recharge for over $800 instead to fix the issue. I didn't trust it and went to my dealership instead and found that there was a leak in both my Schrader valve and a/c hose which I was able to get replaced for much less than half the price to get my A/C working. If I would've gone through with the recommendation from Spencer's, I would have been out about $900 for nothing and in addition, I would’ve still had to pay for the leak repair down the road. They still charged me the $19.99 diagnosis fee even though they did not give me the most accurate info.

If I could leave a 0 star I would I was very unhappy with the service my car still doesn't work after almost 2k in repairs they claim this or that claim it's fixed then I break down. They've done this twice to me. I definitely wouldn't recommend them. This time I took it for a fuel pump approved it they took a week to call me and tell me they needed approval even though they diagnosed the time before. The guy laughed and thought it was funny I didn't think it was funny because I was renting a car they were costing me more money

Brought my 2013 Challenger in after a friend recommended them(I used to take my car to the dealership for everything). I appreciated how honest they were about what needed to be done. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful! My repairs were completed quickly as well! 10/10 recommend and will now continue to go to them for future work!

My experience at Spencer Auto Repair has changed my views on mechanics. I've gone in for repairs and the mechanics are always very nice and attentive. I recently had an experience that lowered my confidence a bit, where i went in to get a/c work done and left having spent money, although I still had no cold air. The guys there kept in touch with me and made sure that I was taken care of properly, they fixed their mistake. Their personalized attentive service fixed the issue and I left there as a happy, confident customer again.. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I took my Chevy Cruze in for AC and some electrical issues. They diagnosed the serpentine belt had slipped and needed replaced and the AC compressor bolts had snapped leaving it dismounted. They spent about 8 hours replacing the belt and tapping in the block for the ac compressor to mount back into. Overall, very pleased with their quality of work. There was an issue with their billing where I was billed too much but they resolved it. Communication throughout the whole process was excellent talking with management and the owner in trying to resolve the pricing/billing issue. The pricing is competitive among other big name mechanic shops as they back their work. That being said, if you’re looking for the cheapest pricing and cheapest work, you’ll be better off finding someone off Facebook that’ll do it cheap.

I took my truck to Spencer's to have a noise diagnosed and repaired. They worked with the warranty service that have, kept me informed of the diagnosis, and up to date on the progress of the repairs. Once the work was done they sent me a courtesy report listing the next service item that will need attention. I appreciate their transparency, that they never spoke down to me, and above all their honesty.
