While on a field work trip in early December, my minivan began having serious problems with both slow acceleration from stops and sudden wild rpm increases on even slight upgradients. Over 300 miles from home, I was fortunate to make it to my sister's house near Sheboygan, and started calling repair shops at about 3:30p Saturday afternoon. As one repair shop after another either failed to answer their phone, or expressed doubt about working on the vehicle before Monday or Tuesday, I began to wonder if I'd make it back to Bayfield County anytime soon. Fortunately, I had left a message for Spencer, and received his return call by around dusk with the assurance that he would show up at my sister's at 9a Sunday morning. He was on time, scoped the engine on his smartphone app, quickly suggested some possible issues, spent a couple of hours in the cold, and then diagnosed corroded spark plugs as the main issue. I followed him to the parts store and then to his shop, watched some world cup with my sis, and by mid-afternoon was happily paying off his modest bill. Spencer show ups, develops a plan, and fixes your vehicle in a timely manner, and all at affordable prices. That is rare. You will do well to hire this guy and then tip him. 5 stars without reservation.

He put 4 new rotors and pads on my brakes. Did a great job and was really friendly plus he was fast. He is very reasonable on his prices also.

Spencer has helped me over the years on many projects on my car, he is professional and does great quality work. For example he helped me put a big metal push bar on the front and helped me through the long tedious project. Never had a problem with his work.
