I had Spider come back as I stated I would above! My car looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! AMAZING work! Next week…the interior! Can’t wait!

Fixed my cracked windshield on my Odyssey and worked directly with my insurance. They were able to calibrate the lane departure sensors as well. There were also able to replace my window motor/regulator quickly on my Subaru Legacy wagon.

I started my search to have my panoramic sunroof fixed in November 2020. I live in Oakland and I don’t mind driving out far to have work done as long as I get a good feeling about the people I’m working with and they have good customer service. I’m sure many of the people I requested a quote from could have done the work but I’d rather give my money to someone that treats me well. When I first reached out to Spider Auto Glass they replied promptly. I’m inquisitive and Raymond’s answers were always informative. I set up a same day appointment and I was greeted by Scott when I walked in. Scott, told me exactly how the process would work and Spider Auto glass didn’t deviate. No bate and switch, no beating around the bush; just straight forward answers. I loved that. Once my parts arrived I made my appointment and Jason made sure my car was ready before the estimated time. I highly recommend that you work with Spider Auto Glass! They’re competent and trustworthy. A rare thing these days. How ever far you may be Spider Auto Glass is worth the drive to have vehicle repaired. Look no further these guys are the truth!!

I went to have my front passenger window and my windshield window replaced. Awesome service the prices were excellent. They have glass warranties as well. They also inform you of any additional problems they notice when they do the installl and not just by word they will show you pictures as well.

Moon roof of our Acura MDX had some issue , seems like there was a bend or mechanical deformity. The authorised dealer said it would cost around $1200+. When we took our car here , they helped to fix it rather than replace it.They were very professional, friendly and affordable and the fix cost us less than $100. When it comes to fixing sun/moon roofs these guys are the best. Before spending too much money on authorised dealerships a visit to these guys is highly recommended.

The sunroof was stuck and had a little air escape. On bumps the roof rattled and at freeway speed the noise getting inside was very loud. I was looking a someone to just close the roof to resolve the problem. I found Spiderglass online and contacted Raymond the owner, he responded to my text & online form. After the initial diagnosis he assured me that he could fix the issue. To my delight he fixed the motor and now the roof opens & closes. Raymond works with passion and did a great job. See the pictures if you are facing any sunroof issues don't waste your time searching or going to others. Reach out to Raymond and be patient - he will respond. You may find my review on Yelp as well - that's because i am really happy because he resolved this problem in time for my planned road trip

Brian and the Team of SpiderMen did a fantastic job of repairing the sunroof on my 2004 Ford Expedition. After causing me a worry for too long (rain!) and calling all around for ungodly estimates - these guys really came through. But then they got me real GOOD with their superhuman cost to fix it!Bye to the birds and fish in the waiting room(!). Out the driveway, turn ONLY left - with $85 less in my pocket!Thank you Gentlemen!!

He said 25 min and it was exactly that. A rock hit my windshield and It bummed me out every time I got in my car because it was right in my view. Spider man (Raymond) you are amazing. I was recommended by a friend and let’s just say I got in my car and was HAPPY. It was like nothing happened. I didn’t know what to expect but I’m 100% satisfied and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I initially wanted to come here for my windshield replacement due to the great reviews and having been highly recommended by a friend. The day before my appointment, I confirmed if the parts are all in and they said yes. The next day, after dropping my car off for 1.5h, they told me that there were missing parts, and agreed to make up for it by doing mobile service, which is fine. They'd also call to reschedule when the parts arrived. No calls received and when I called them back to reschedule, I was told that there'd be an extra charge for mobile service. Also, prior to dropping my car off for repair, I covered the seats with cloth to protect them as the seats are premium leather and a unique color. However, when I went to pick my car up, I noticed the cloths being removed. There were also fingerprints with debris on car paint, which to a car enthusiast, is very disturbing.

Over the phone quote on an e30 318i bmw 91 got priced at 275 get there guy says what year did you say? Me: I said 91 him: well you told me 98 me: nah man this car only goes to 91 him: well you told me 98 I'm not going to argue with the guy, I leave it be. He then said that the price will now be $350 I then reply I'll have to think about it. (I've gotten better quotes) Then he goes on down playing all other shops work saying they won’t be doing a good job. look man first you didn't see if my gaskets are bad or not you just assumed and ready to up charge me. honesty is all we ask for. Stop downplaying others craft, they work just as hard.

Raymond is a professional and knows what he's doing. He knows how to treat his customers with respect and if there's any issues he's willing to resolve the problem and make sure the customer leaves happy. His prices are beyond Fair. I recommend for anybody that needs any kind of vehicle glass repair to check spider Auto Glass first! We took our Lincoln navigator to him and he took care of the problem without any hesitation.... Took my old Suzuki XL7 SUV with leaky sunroof to Spider. Raymond was pleasant and fixed the roof leak. He also fixed my Gas Gauge displayer issue that was displaying gas level erratically. Service pricing were reasonable and on target. I am happy with Spider and suggest it to others.

Went above and beyond. And I mean beyond. Had an issue with my sunroof for a very unique car. Kept me in the loop about what was going on with it. I mean they went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the work that was being completed. Will definitely go back if I ever have any other window issue. Can not recommend enough.
