While I wish it wouldn't have broke the guys at Spirit One were kind, courteous and listened to everything I had to say. The job was also done a day ahead of schedule.

Even though they are always busy with lots of customers they were able yo get me in and I was able to wait there for my car to be done. Very nice people. I will continue to go there from now on.

Had a check engine light on, they scanned it and my thermostat was stuck open, they replaced it at a reasonable price and I got an oil change while it was there. Ignore the one star reviews ,those are all competitors.

This was my first visit to Spirit One and I was not disappointed. All work was diagnosed and completed in a professional manner at a fair price. Never felt pressured or mislead in any way. Will definitely be taking my cars there in the future!

Checked out Service Engine Soon light and it turned out to be a non-issue. Did not charge me a dime to determine this. They also are very friendly and professional, and don’t “talk down” to customers (female or otherwise. Overall great service and I will be back!

It's my favorite auto place. Dave Eschbach is great. The mechanics are great. They saved me 500 over both Mercedes Benzs on Hampton and Olive. Dave didn’t get any of my messages, but everything worked out well.

Spirit One is a great local shop. After being told by multiple other shops (one local and two chain) that appointments were impossible/wait times were hours long, Spirit One delivered. They were happy to schedule an oil change near the end of their day, and had my car done in less time than expected. Prices were pretty reasonable and the staff was approachable. My girlfriend had recommended me to Spirit One, and I happily will share that recommendation. Give them a call!

The staff is friendly and helpful! Dave explained what was needed and explained an additional repair that was required. They got my car in and serviced in the time they promised. I definitely will take my car there again!

My son suggested this place to me and I'm so glad that he did the people there they are not intimidating they are very knowledgeable and they do not take advantage of you and I appreciate them for everything they have done so I would advise anybody if you have any car situations please contact them first we don't have many of these people around that are trustworthy in this company here is very trustworthy in my opinion and my son so please bring all your vehicles here

Got an appointment to get emissions and was in and out of there in about 15 mins, it was amazing. Friendly service, cute shop and I will be back and recommending anyone else to go here.

So thankful for the staff and service here. I drive an older car and want to keep it on the road as long as I can and keep a car payment at bay :) This is my go to spot for any issues I have. Anytime I have an issue it’s met with listening to what I’m seeing / experiencing, easily setting up an appointment (and getting me on the books quickly) and solving it so I’m safely back on the road at a reasonable cost. They used to be located literally down the street from me, they’re located a little further from my house now but I still take the trip to their newer location because I feel taken care of here - the extra few miles are worth it. Thanks!

Extremely friendly. Great experience. Originally came due to the shop i usually use being closed but due to the great experience, I plan to come here for any future needs. Something as simple as great customer service goes a very long way. They also gave a two year warranty on the repair i had done.

I brought a used car in for an electrical problem and a safety inspection. Although I didn’t have an appointment, they were able to get me right in right away and the car was repaired quickly and correctly. If you dread car repairs like I do, give them a shot.

Spirit One charged me a grand total of $23 to replace a turn signal and repair leaks in my sunroof. That $23 included a car wash. Dave and his crew remember me every single time I bring my car in. They told me what to do to avoid leaks in the future. They also warned me of an old battery that doesn’t need to be replaced now, but should be kept an eye on. When I told them how much I love my 13 year old car, they said “Oh this is a great car. It will run for more than a half million miles. Don’t get rid of this baby” It really gratifies me that they remember me, my car, and are utterly intent on keeping me running as economically as possible for the next 350,000 miles.

Very direct and helpful! He gave us more information than the DMV, cleared alot up for my husband and I. Moving from Illinois to Missouri has been a pain transferring things over but all the guys were very helpful
