Service overall was quick, friendly and extremely flexible. I drove from the east coast all the way to Cali with two short hair dogs and a cat in the back; between that and driving the kids to and from school, my car was in pretty bad condition... I called in with questions about their pet hair removal on Sunday. Someone was able to come to me the NEXT DAY! Anthony assessed my mess and gave me a clear rundown of what he'd do and what to expect. He was really fast and did an exceptional job. My car is hair free, mess free and super clean. I highly recommend checking this place out for all your car cleaning needs 😊

Samuel was friendly, professional, and did a thorough cleaning of my car. All in all, a 3 row cleaning took 2 hours and the price he charged was very fair. Extremely happy with the result, and would highly recommend. I will be back!

The actual clean, we were satisfied, but thought they would be doing more robust shampooing with actual extractors. Doris did a fantastic job and was easy to communicate and coordinate. However we we're upset with spotless first sending the next customer to our address. This customer was hoping to use our driveway to conduct his car clean. He understood when we had to turn him away since this was our private driveway. This opens our address to liabilities and safety concerns as well as potential for escalated conflict. Definitely did not appreciate this.

Amazing job!! The price even better! My car smells like it ate a mint! Dorris did a great job and she was great with communication too! I’ll definitely use them again and recommend them to people. And to top it off? ThEY COME TO YOU! thank you!

Company is a straight scam and lies about the quality of there work owner is horrible at business. You would do better cleaning your car yourself they do nothing special just usrle regular enzyme cleaner you can find at home depot or walmart. But if u like to sit in dangerous hunters point at 3am to not even have you mess cleaned properly then spotless first are your guys.

If I could give them 0 stars, i would. I had booked a deep cleaning of the complete car. I have a toddler and the car was messy. I booked an appointment after talking to Nate on the phone to get an idea of their process. On the day of the appointment, they emailed me 5 minutes before the appointment that they are rescheduling from 11:30am to 12:30pm when I'm already on the highway to get to their location. When I got there at 12:30, no one is there. Kept waiting and someone named Deshando showed up around 12:50. He began to clean my car at 1pm. He told me he will get done in 1 hour vs when I made the booking, Nate told me it will take about 1.5-2 hours to do the deep cleaning of the interiors. After spending 1h 15min hours doing the car, Deshando started to complain how he has gone above and beyond to clean the mess and the stain in the car. Well, obviously, that's why that's why i'm getting the deep cleaning?!?! After him cleaning for 1.5 hours, only 3 mats were shampooed, and he decided not to shampoo the 4th carpet. After asking him explicitly to shampoo the carpet, he cleaned it. Also, the interior doors and windows were not clean either. I had to ask him to clean it too. I was beyond late as I had to run to pick my kid from school. After spending my time from 11:30 to 3pm, I still didn't have clean interiors. I will have to take my car somewhere else to get it cleaned. Pathetic service, extremely poor communication and no respect for other's time. Will never return and never recommend these people.

This place is NOT a scam. The customer service is fantastic, and they even have a policy, where you can come back again free of charge, if there is a lingering odor for eg. Yes, the location is not what you expect - but this company is truly fantastic. (and by the way, this is just one of their locations. They are also based in Seattle and are opening up other locations. This is a small business owner starting to expand. With property prices in San Francisco, this is their starting point.. give them a break!) Within one hour, I was able to seamlessly sign up online, make an appointment, and as soon as I arrived, the team got to work on my car. They are genuinely good people, who actually care about helping their customers. This is not the kind of job that everyone likes doing, but Nate and team do it with care and precision. Nate said he enjoys helping people when they really need it and that it feels good to have helped someone - eg. when they have a baby get sick in the car (or an adult!) I can't recommend this company highly enough, and I'm sorry to see these negative ratings. They are undeserved. If you are stuck, and you need help in a pinch, this is a really great company to call.

I highly recommend the Spotless First location that is located at 951 Hudson Ave., Unit B, San Francisco, CA, 94124. The vehicle upholstery was thoroughly cleaned, and with a pleasantly natural citrus scent. Nate even vacuumed the carpet and washed the rubber floormats. That superior level of customer service is so hard to find these days. Owner/Operator, Nate F., along with employee "Shack Wando" (sp.?), went above and beyond to clean my vehicle, including welcoming my multiple phone calls, as well as a text of images of the areas that would be cleaned; in order to have a better understanding of the service that would be required. Nate F. thoroughly explained the process, and I felt confident that the job would be successfully completed. Additionally, it gave great peace of mind to know that the cleaning products that were used by Nate F., were low/no VOC. Do not let the business location dissuade you from giving Spotless First your business. The location allows for low overhead, and lower prices. I appreciated that, too.

Not a storefront auto shop but they got my seats clean at 3am!
