DO NOT USE THEM I paid to hand wash my Maserati, they took it and parked it alongside a chain-link fence and later opened the car doors pushing them into the chain-link fence. I noticed scratches on my door and window area and I called the manager. Rather than accept responsibility, he sat there trying to explain to me why it could not have possibly been the chain-link fence which was rubbing against my car that caused damage. I SAW THE WHOLE THING AND RAN OVER TO THE EMPLOYEE AND HAD HIM MOVE THE CAR AWAY. THE MANAGERS DID NOT SEE THIS. The manager told me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I will never take that place again. I have $140,000 car and they just caused damage to it because their employees are careless. I actually took pictures. They are irresponsible and that the very least could’ve apologized and not provided an unreasonable denial as if I was looking to benefit from the damage to my car of my car. They are disgusting.

Got a car wash, Great job on the interior as you can tell. I’ve given this place chance after chance for god knows what reason. Never again. I pointed this out to the guy I gave my ticket to, and he looked at me like I was stupid. Get bent.

Someone should tell the Hispanics workers there that just because someone is dark skin doesn’t mean that they don’t speak Spanish. I was a regular here until I went in to get a wash and one of the guys decided to throw papers that I needed away because he had to vacuum. They should t be touching peoples personal items.

Expensive, and unclear with pricing. When I asked why the asking price was different than what was shown on the wall (I just needed an oil change with full synthetic) they tried to refuse me service. Eventually I was served, but I will not be going back. Terrible service.

I have always come here to get my oil changed, today everything was rushed. I just left the place, I don’t even think my oil was changed. I texted my husband at 7:52 while the person came to tell me the price of oil, 8:56 my car was outside waiting because they finished changing the oil, and they claimed to top off all fluids. All of that was done in 4 minutes. The trash that’s in my car, it’s after being vacuuming twice, I wash my car better than this. I should’ve done my own oil change and was my car myself. I spent 80 bucks for mediocre service. I will not come back, if you need better service, I suggest you go elsewhere.

My daughter frequents the place which says alot because she doesn't let many places touch her GT Mustang. Anywho she took me there and treated me to a basic carwash. Excellent service. Needless to say. I will be back!

They told me I need breaks and told me the charge would be 115 dollars but did not mention for the front and rear. They charged me double and I could not get a refund. This place is rip off. The car wash is nothing special , was never satisfied from them. I’ll never go back to this place

Today I showed up for an oil change, per usual. This is my regular place to shop for hand wash and oil change. Muhammad the person in charge at the time, told one of the workers to put my car out front and then no one said anything to me and they did not change my oil. Muhammad was personally mad because I left my key in my car and parked it where the sign says. He yelled at me and I told him I want someone else to touch my car not him. He took it personally and told them not to work on my car which is utterly ignorant and an unnecessary and unacceptable request. I am a recurring customer and I pulled up today for no reason because they played in my face and for that this place won’t make any money from me ever again. I will start telling people to go to another wash or oil change because I brought mad business to this place. But that’s what happens when you give black people jobs. They think bc they are just a shift supervisor they can make ownership decisions. Disgraceful! I will be leaving bad reviews every chance I get. I still remember when one guy wash my car and then ask me for a tip which is why he got none. Bc why would you ask for a tip… that’s crazy!

Be careful getting your oil change done here. I went yesterday and the maintenance worker told me that I needed back brakes and that they will charge me $140 to do them and $80 if I purchased my own brakes. Luckily I thought the cost was too high and took my car to another shop just to find out that not only did I not need brakes, my brake pads wouldn’t need to be replaced for years. The guy at this shop lied and it cost me $60 at another place all because of a lie!

I just came from here.. told the attendant I wanted a wash vacuum and to get the cupholders. He suggested the philly special $44 + tax. Did not get the cupholders or any of the inside holder parts. Didn’t even bother to vacuum the car seat. I’m going to stick to the one I go to on Washington Ave. Nice people but poor job. I could’ve got the basic for $20 vs paying $50

**Rating: -100/5** This was the worst oil change experience I’ve ever had. The technician spent just 4 minutes on my car, claiming he changed the oil and filter and added more than the required 5 quarts of oil—mind you, my car wasn’t even due for an oil change for another 1,000+ miles. I asked to see the old filter, and was rudely told it was already in the trash. I insisted on seeing it, and after a 30-minute wait, the technician brought out a dripping oil filter, which he then dropped on my car seat, staining both the seat and the floor. When I pointed out how unprofessional this was and noted that it didn’t even look like my old filter, the technician became defensive and laughed it off. I’m convinced that the 30-minute wait was spent finding some random old filter to pretend it was mine. This was clearly an attempt to scam me out of more money for a service that wasn’t needed or requested. Why else would they get so defensive? Changing the oil and filter in 4 minutes with no other cars in the shop? And how is the old filter at the bottom of the trash if you just changed it? This place is a scam—avoid at all costs! ***Update just left pep boys not only was filter not changed I needed more oil, so I literally have been spending nearly $130 for oil changes and its been a SCAM the entire time !!

Had ac service and just about a hr after I left, only Passenger side is blowing cold now. Waste of 100 bucks. Car wash is ok. Ac systems are expected to handled by experts because in case of this it could cost you more. I scheduled a ac recharge tomorrow with the dealership which might now run me another 2-3 hundred. Thanks Edit 4 hours went by and now no ac at all

They do a good job here and it’s well priced. The lines are VERY long and I think they close really early and it’s difficult to get there if you work full time. There are some other places in north philly that do the same job for less $ but the location here is really good so, it’s always packed.
