New to Chicago and wanted to use an independent, local shop for an oil change that actually takes appointments. Upon calling, they unexpectedly offered me an appointment the same day but I wasn’t available so I booked when I could make it in. When I arrived I had asked the receptionist to ask the mechanic to check out my transmission fluid because I was noticing a slight slip. Rather than try to sell me on fluid change/flush, they told me that it actually looks good but that the maker suggests a 50k mile change regardless-which I was already aware of- I am at 51k miles. I appreciate Aaron’s straightforwardness and booked the transmission service. He also did a good deed for a different customer while I was waiting. I recommend.

Honestly, I will give them a no star if I could! I feel like they take advantage of people at a point of their life when their car is having troubles. I was 98% sure that my vehicle needed an alternator, I asked for the the price and The man told me that an alternator was not the issue and that he recommend I pay $110 for him to do a diagnoses and when he diagnose my vehicle GUESS WHAT He said it was the alternator. mind u he says over 1000 dollars to fix it on top of the 110 for him to check. I highly recommend that you do not do service with them unless you just have money to blow

I recently visited because my abs light was on and was told to pay 120 to find the problem I was told it was my brakes and that the120 doesn't even go towards the service. I left went to Ford and it wasn't even my brakes. WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I love these guys.. this is my second time coming to them to fix my truck. They assisted me with cheaper options . And I didn’t know I gave them more money than what was asked.. But Aaron called to tell me and they gave me the extra money back.. I definitely will be back and I will refer my friends and I appreciate them so much ..

I’ve had several things replaced on my vehicle from struts to cv axle engine mounts etc they are going to make sure it’s quality work every time which is why I keep coming back . They remember who I am and everything which is great customer service . Professional from start to finish

Hace dos semanas llevé mi carro a este taller por un problema sobre calentamiento Del motor me cobraron 150 por la inspección porq me dijeron que q el sello estaba roto y el anti Freeze se escapaba por allí se lo cambia en total mi recibo fue de 600 dólares por todo una semana después mi carro sigue igual lo lleve por la garantía me dijeron q tenia q pagar 85 dolares por escanearlo porq esta vez estaba prendida la luz del motor q ya no era solo el sobre calentamiento Me lo regresaron peor el carro y me cobraron. Por hacer absolutamente nada por q me lo regresaron igual o peor de lo q estaba no recomiendo este taller sprinter máster auto repair son unos estafadores . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Pesimo lugar lleve mi carro por un problema de encendido por que batallaba mucho para prenderlo me lo revisaron me dijeron q era falla de la bateria se la cambiaron El carro sigue igual luego me dijeron q era problema del motor que ya estava malo pague 400 dolares por nada. lo lleve a otro taller y me dijeron q el problema simpre fue el motor de arranque Pesimos mecanicos te mienten diciendo eso para no devolverte tu dinero o para no hacer valida la garantia mecanicos sin esperincia solo te hacen cambiar partes q no nesesitas cambiar no volvere a este sitio jamas

My vehicle has been repairs. This review is because it was not repaired on the first visit. Then springmasters charged me again for something that should have been fixed the first time. Again this review is for me having to return then being charged twice.

#Terrible #BadBusiness..they take advantage when it comes to doing business with young women. I went to this shop because the lights on my dash keep flickering and going off. When they did the diagnostic, they claimed it was my battery and how this would cost over $600 with diagnostic. I was able to talk him down to 400 and something dollars after explaining that I had a Walmart warranty on the current battery and how they shops get money for old batteries. The major point to this is that no battery replacement costs that much. But anyway, I go get my car after leaving it with them for a whole day, and after repeatedly calling to see if it was ready,…and the same issue was happening. I walked back in and asked that they come outside to take a look and right away they started talking in Spanish, excluding me from the conversation. The man ends up telling me that they would have to charge me an additional diagnostic fee to reassess. That makes no sense! I was upset, I then asked that they break down the bill and he said he was charging 200 because he had to remove my bumper to put the battery in when in fact the harness is only right behind my tire. He was so quick to lie, I looked at my bumper and noticed that he had not even dared touch it….it was more messed up when I got home and saw the same exact zip ties that I had put on my bumper, was still there…smh! If my bumper was ever removed, it should had been reinforced correctly. Otherwise, the only way they can prove they did that much labor, would b to return the zip ties I had on there that they would have had to remove. I have tried numerous times to call these guys back but now I get either…we are too busy or no answer at all. These mfs basically robbed me and didn’t fix the problem and now they don’t want to have anything to do with me or my car after I pointed out that they did not fix the problem. I was nothing but professional with these ppl, so no type of disrespect was involved. Do not go here! …next time I’m sticking to Walmart, they have cheaper oil changes and battery services than this place

They are very friendly and informative staff. Easy to work with. My one complaint (and the only reason I deducted the star is because) they don't put down the paper in your car, for their feet. I had just bought a car and I brought it to them to check out, and it was loaded with their soot and oil shoe prints in broth passenger and driver floor.

Asked them to start my car. They told me that I needed another engine. Didn't even attempt to do requested job. But tried to upsell me instead of doing what I was willing to pay for. Nothing more to say

Excellent customer service. Good and fair prices. Friendly and clean atmosphere. Very satisfied with the auto repairs they completed on my 2006 Jeep Commander. Aaron and this team at Spring Masters Auto have always made my experience at their repair shop, a friendly and learning experience about my vehicle. I always recommend them to my family and friends for complete auto care.
