I wish communications were a little better & that they were open on the weekend. Overall my experience was great! Aaron was helpful & informative. If they didn't know what was going with the car, they did everything possible to find out. I definitely will return if I need to, and certainly recommend their services!

I take all my cars here, the staff treats me like family. Really do trust my car with them and the place is clean so no worries sitting there if needed. They need to do more for repeat customers like myself but I still give them 5 stars.

New to Chicago and wanted to use an independent, local shop for an oil change that actually takes appointments. Upon calling, they unexpectedly offered me an appointment the same day but I wasn’t available so I booked when I could make it in. When I arrived I had asked the receptionist to ask the mechanic to check out my transmission fluid because I was noticing a slight slip. Rather than try to sell me on fluid change/flush, they told me that it actually looks good but that the maker suggests a 50k mile change regardless-which I was already aware of- I am at 51k miles. I appreciate Aaron’s straightforwardness and booked the transmission service. He also did a good deed for a different customer while I was waiting. I recommend.

Wanna start off by saying that these guys did an amazing job on replacing my engine in a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500. I’m not from the area but I gotta say that this is one of the best automotive shops around there. Everyone was very professional and their team seemed friendly. These people waited at least 45 minutes after their shift on a friday for me to be able to pick up my truck the week of and they replaced both of my 02 sensors for free. Will definetly be referring my family and family friends that live around there to this shop. Once again thank you for the amazing work and the truck runs flawlessly👍🏽 -Angel

Hace dos semanas llevé mi carro a este taller por un problema sobre calentamiento Del motor me cobraron 150 por la inspección porq me dijeron que q el sello estaba roto y el anti Freeze se escapaba por allí se lo cambia en total mi recibo fue de 600 dólares por todo una semana después mi carro sigue igual lo lleve por la garantía me dijeron q tenia q pagar 85 dolares por escanearlo porq esta vez estaba prendida la luz del motor q ya no era solo el sobre calentamiento Me lo regresaron peor el carro y me cobraron. Por hacer absolutamente nada por q me lo regresaron igual o peor de lo q estaba no recomiendo este taller sprinter máster auto repair son unos estafadores . 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Pesimo lugar lleve mi carro por un problema de encendido por que batallaba mucho para prenderlo me lo revisaron me dijeron q era falla de la bateria se la cambiaron El carro sigue igual luego me dijeron q era problema del motor que ya estava malo pague 400 dolares por nada. lo lleve a otro taller y me dijeron q el problema simpre fue el motor de arranque Pesimos mecanicos te mienten diciendo eso para no devolverte tu dinero o para no hacer valida la garantia mecanicos sin esperincia solo te hacen cambiar partes q no nesesitas cambiar no volvere a este sitio jamas

My vehicle has been repairs. This review is because it was not repaired on the first visit. Then springmasters charged me again for something that should have been fixed the first time. Again this review is for me having to return then being charged twice.
