Very professional. Listened to our issues. Did testing. Reviewed all results and repaired all relavent issues till all lights were off. Kept us informed on all repairs frequently. I really like the communication and they treated us with real concern about our car. Customer service was excellent. Will take any issues in the future to them

I really like how they do a full diagnostic of the current car and a review of the repair history of the car that is available through Carfax. This gives a client a path to bring the car up to date and creates a conversation as to what is definitely needed, what can wait, and what is a like to have. So far I like the process and I may have found a partner who I can work with to manage my car to last many years.

Brought our car in for an oil leak. After it sat there for 2 days with no communication, I had to call to check on it. They finally sent me an estimate for over $3,000. This seemed high so we went for a second opinion. The second opinion was a third of the cost I was quoted here. We were told that this place was charging us for repairs that were not needed.

My 2012 Ford Fusion’s A/C was blowing warm air and the front windshield defroster was blowing cold air. They ordered and installed a new temperature control module, but it started not working properly either. They did some further research and concluded that temperature control module needed a 'software' update that only a Ford dealership could. They reinstalled the original temperature control module and only charged me for some diagnostics and two other normal maintenance issues. They were very honest and pleasant to work with.

Springdale Automotive is great! They diagnosed the problems with my car and gave me a list of everything the car needed immediately and also things that should be done in the future but could wait. The immediate problems were taken care of in a day. John, who was filling in from Greenfield, IN, was great to work with - explained everything to me so I could understand and was super friendly. He was even able to give me a few discounts. In the future, I will use Springdale Automotive to care for the rest of the items on the list of things that should be done to my car. Very pleased with the work they did!

They didn't find the root of the problem. I took it in for $1800 and they must have fixed something else that was not broken. At least the person at desk was courteous...they finally called me back after I had to sell the car. It was too unsafe to drive after I got it back from them. All the dash warning lights came back on and there were more. I had to get rid of my car.

4 out of 5 stars for communication because my car had to stay overnight even without getting any repairs done (I declined due to the repair needed). I dropped it off at 9am for one concern, and called at 4pm when I still hadn't heard anything. They informed me that it would need to stay overnight because they don't have time to put it back together. Slightly inconvenient as I had an appointment to make less than an hour after they opened the next day, in Indiana. 5 stars for absolutely everything else. They were nice, and even offered me a shuttle home when I dropped it off. Would go here again!

It was easy to get an appointment, they communicated extremely well with pre-appointment reminders, during the service, when the service was complete and even followed up a couple days after to ensure the car was running well. They sent a clear outline of what they checked and what was serviced and I was able to pay prior to picking tip my car. Excellent customer service all around!
