Had a wonderful experience with Monty and staff at Springdale Automotive in Middleton. Called there after receiving a quote from another business to replace rear brakes. The cost for replacing brakes at Springdale Automotive was much more reasonable. Everything was explained to me and the quote was accurate with no hidden costs. I will definitely be back for repairs in the future. The staff is courteous, reliable, and knowledgeable.

Monty and the team at Springdale Automotive in Middletown do a great job. They provide honest feedback and recommendations about the repairs you need. We hadn’t used them in the past, but recently I had my vehicle towed there and have had all three cars repaired there. I highly recommend them.

They take the best care of the vehicle and the owner of all the auto shops around Louisville. I’ve been taking my VW’s there since they were down off Grinstead…30+ years. Moved away, but am a loyal follower once again. I’d trust any vehicle with them.

We needed a reliable auto repair shop in the Middletown area for our granddaughter who was new to the area, and when I saw Springdale Automotive I felt confident that we'd found one. I could not be more pleased with the results. Monty really cares and he and his mechanics really know their stuff. So happy that we now have a great place for my granddaughter to get the auto service she needs close to home.

I’m a new 2024 customer and have had a couple of great experiences with Springdale on regular maintenance and some repairs on my 2008 Lexus LS 460. I’ve been very satisfied with the quality of the work and will definitely return for anything I might need on this car.

This place is absolutely wonderful that courteous they're kind they took their time to explain it to me and try things even though we didn't know if it would work but they tried to help me in any kind of way they could I recommend this place for all automotive repairs

I have a bit of a lengthy review. First with the positives, Monty is a very personable guy and does a decent job of dealing with you face to face. However, I'm overall unsatisfied. I recently had the heater core replaced in my truck and initially was told it would be a one week job. The timeline quickly moved beyond that and the only time I would receive updates on set backs were when I called the store myself. In total for the heater core replacement and A/C evacuation and *charging I had to wait four weeks. Monty did adjust the cost down to 2k but after picking the vehicle up I tried my A/C system and it blew nothing but heat. I tried to work it out with the shop and got second opinions to confirm my thoughts that the A/C should be fully charged or at the very least I should have been notified of an issue before picking up which I was not. After finding this out I was informed that they would completely refill the A/c system but I would have to pay for it. All in All I do not recommend.

I searched for a good independent shop for several years. I tried a few that were not bad, actually they were pretty good just a bit pricey. I thought i would give Springdale a try since they were in the neighborhood. I was pleasantly surprised and then i learned they serviced European models as well. The price made me determine this is where i would be taking my business from now on. Keep doing what you do.

Monty and his crew provided excellent service. I was kept informed of everything that was being done on my car including the cost. When the work was completed everything was explained to me in detail. The car service is a wonderful bonus. I would highly recommend Springdale Automotive.

Just wanted to say thank you to John and his team for handling my car troubles in a timely fashion. I've been putting off some maintenance on my vehicle for some time. Finally when I started to have engine AND A/C troubles, John was able to work me in the following morning. The originally quoted turnaround time was a little less than one week. (The team needed to resource parts from other locations.) Mind you, this was in the midst of a holiday weekend. I received a call later that afternoon stating my car was fixed. I was in disbelief! The team was very respectful from start to finish and even offered me a ride home after dropping off my vehicle. I have recommended this gem of a place to my family, friends, and colleagues. I will most certainly be coming back here for future maintenance. Thank you Springdale Automotive!

I've asked multiple times why I was charged for a environmental fee when they only looked at my car. No repairs done. NO ONE WILL REPLY TO MY EMAILS. They quickly responded before I questioned this charge. Now silent.
