Bought my car from their dealership of a great selection of fair priced used cars. Car needed some work when I bought it and they made me a great deal and got it all taken care of and detailed to perfection before I took it home. I bought my truck about a year ago the salesman people are great people they were really nice and enjoyed the way they treated me. This post is not about the sales department it’s on the service department. Way different bad experience. I went to take it in waited about a week until they reached out to me saying I need an entire new engine( going to tell me same engine with almost exact same miles as my engine I have currently)I was really confused because another technician from Firestone told me it can be replaced but will be pricey. I go in to pick my truck to a General Motors dealership instead. When I pick it up I see broken pieces at this point I was already mad about how long they took to look at the truck and claiming for a new engine. I wool it out of there and took it to a Chevy dealership service. Way different experience I took it in on a Thursday got a call on Monday afternoon explaining to me what need to be done and everything wrong with the truck. I received my truck that same week on Friday works great and they gave me unlimited miles for two years for the broken parts they fixed for me. Please just do your research at your own risk im just sharing what I experienced and what I went through when taking in my truck. I would not recommend this place to anyone hook luck to you all out there. The manager was nice at the end but at the end of the day what matters most is the service and quality.

Great shop and professional staff, with great service and fair pricing. Nothing hidden, if they find something unexpected they communicate it quickly. They have worked on all my vehicles over the years and some of my kids, from general maintenance to a major repair after getting rear-ended. Absolutely no complaints!

This shop is fantastic!! I have been coming back here for years, due to their amazing customer service and complete jobs!! They treat you like a person, and not a number. Abby is a good salesperson friendly and helpful .Service department is very helpful when I had mechanical problems. Problem is there service department is very busy so you have to leave your vehicle for two or three days and they do not supply a loaner vehicle which I believe the salesperson I bought the vehicle should do.

DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR SERVICE! I had an audio system installed and the people they go through for that damaged my leather steering wheel. My car was also hit in their very small lot, scratching and chipping my paint.

Excellent service from Dale the service manager and his team of mechanics. Even if you don’t buy a car from SAG, I’d recommend you checking out their service shop on Platt if you’re having car problems, fast turn around times and they make sure to keep you updated and do the job well. Second to none on the Colorado Springs area. Great and curious staff. 10/10 for customer service and getting the job done.

I had found springs automotive from a family member and brought my truck for rubbing in rear axle, they had found issue and recommended service. Within a couple of hours I was back on the road. They are down to earth honest friendly trustworthy. The mechanics in passing will engage you and explain what was done what answer any questions just makes you feel comfortable. I work for the Pikes Peak Library and I have contracted with Springs Automotive to take care of our 8 vehicle fleet because that’s how impressive they are thanks to Dewayne Senior Junior and Dale and mechanics not just one they are all a fantastic team

This place is extremely legit, very affordable and comparable prices for great work and customer service. The staff up front at the desk were SUPER mechanically knowledgeable and helpful which is a rarity to find at an auto shop. I had my driveshaft carrier bearing repaired along with a complete transmission flush and service and the truck runs night and day different. They were able to help me out at a reasonable rate that didn’t break the bank, and I can’t speak highly enough of the front desk staff. Great place to get your vehicle fixed, just know if you take it to these guys it’s gonna get done efficiently and the right way. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future for all my cars! 10/5 stars
