I am probably one of the more skeptic people you will ever meet when it comes to auto mechanics, and Mercedes dealerships have only made that worse. I mention this to highlight the fact that I really trust Vitali and his employees to figure out the best fix and to charge a fair price. I won't be taking my 2019 sprinter any where else from here on out. I've had both sets of brakes redone, my parking break repaired, and a windshield replacement.

Every bit of a 5 Star review!!! On Sunday, 7 April 2024, I had a power problem with my 2007 Sprinter 2500. I am visiting San Diego from Texas. I ran across Sprinter Mobile Care from the internet, and reading the 5 Star reviews, I called. This morning, 8 April, I was told to bring my van in and they would determine the issue at no charge. I arrived about 11am. There were two Sprinters being worked on and about 10 around the block where the service center is located. They were immediately able to diagnose my issue, found an aftermarket replacement at the lowest price, showed me what they found on the internet, and two hours later had my van back in drivable condition at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE. This trio of guys are from the Ukraine, treated my wife and I with the utmost respect, finished in a very timely manner, and sent us on our way completely satisfied!! Top Notch Guys! Thank You Sincerely.

I can not recommend this place enough! Vitali was a recommendation from a FB group, and after reading the reviews, I called to see about a generator repair (I also wanted the van checked out - I knew I needed front brakes soon). While generator work isn't what they do, he had a guy🙃. He was also able to get me in same day for the brakes. The staff was knowledgable and extremely patient with all my questions. I will definetly go back when in the area.

Excellent experience with Eitalii and his crew. They were extremely thorough and were able to fix a lingering problem but no other Mechanic seem to be able to diagnose. Literally had five other mechanics scratch their head on this, and these guys figured it out in 24 hours. He was extremely informative throughout the entire process, sending me texts and photos so I could see his progress. Highly highly recommend!

I recently had the entire motor of my T1N sprinter replaced by Vitalii here. This was a big job. I wasn’t sure if it was better to rebuild the motor I had or buy one of his rebuilt ones. He took mine apart, inspected it and came up with the best most affordable option. He got it done extremely fast, texting me photos every day of the progress and questions of other things that either needed to be replaced or didn’t need to. I would 100% recommend this shop for any and all sprinter work!!

There are real professionals working here who are ready to help and solve your problem! We were transporting furniture and there was a breakdown. It was at night. We were shocked. The workers arrived in half an hour, calmed us down, and towed us away. A day later we continued our journey safely. Many thanks to Vitaly and his team!

Ich habe aufgrund eines Problems mit meinem Getriebe per WhatsApp nach einer Ferndiagnose und möglicher Hilfe angefragt. Nach sehr kurzer Zeit kam eine Antwort, dass man sich nicht mit meinem Modell (älter und speziell) auskennt, aber bei anderen Sprinter Service Shops in San Diego nachfragen sollte. Das war ein sehr ehrliches und wertvolles Feedback, was ich schätze. Danke dafür.

Vi came to our rescue doing Mobile Care mechanical work on our 2006 Sprinter 3500 here in Carlsbad. He diagnosed and quoted me the job on the phone and then came and did the repair. I own two Sprinters and a Mercedes Metris. I wouldn’t trust my Vans with anybody else. Vitally is fast efficient and has reasonable prices. Couldn’t get any better.

Best mechanic experience I have ever had with any vehicle - “pay me when it’s fixed.” We had an ongoing fuel system issue that Vitalii troubleshot for us. He ended up saving us over $600 and refused to take payment until we could reasonably conclude that the issue was fixed. Would give him 10 stars if I could. Won’t ever take my sprinter anywhere else.

I always take my sprinter to Vitalii and his team at Sprinter Mobile Care. Vitalii is the most honest mechanic I have ever worked with and never tries to upsell you on anything. I even purchased a van from him that he bought off of auction and he was super thorough about talking me through the issues that can arise and how to fix them, things to look out for, etc. Would give him over 5 stars if I could since he always goes above and beyond.

I am so incredibly grateful for Vitali and his team. I have taken my dodge sprinter van here for multiple repairs and he has always been honest and transparent. His pricing is also reasonable. Currently, I'm on a cross country trip and have run into a couple of issues with the van. Every time I text him, he has helped diagnose and identify what the issue is so I can fix it or go to a mechanic with specifics. The support and help he's given even while I'm not in San Diego has been SO valuable. I highly recommend working with Vitali and his team. Thank you so much!

I’m so sad my Sprinter broke down. But I’m so happy I came across Vitalii at Sprinter Mobile Care. I towed my car to him without even seeing his shop. But I read so many good reviews online and in forums that I felt safe having my van there. My intuition paid off! He was super friendly and sent me text messaging throughout the whole repair, giving me updates and offering me many options and prices. He wasn’t pushy or forceful with any upsells. I’m very pleased with the interaction and the work. I would definitely return (but hopefully no time soon🤣).

Like a lot of people during the height of the pandemic, my wife and I decided to buy a retired delivery van and convert it into a camper, so we can explore the national parks in the US since we were able to work from home. After accumulating tens of thousands of miles within a couple years and over 400k in it's lifetime, the transmission finally gave up. I've been working on my own cars for decades and very reluctant to outsource the work to anyone else. Since our Sprinter had almost half a million miles, we were in two minds between swapping with a used set or completely refurbishing the powertrain. With more than enough projects on my plate, I reached out to the Sprinter forums to begin our cost analysis. After receiving quotes from several mechanics and salvage yards, Vitalii at Sprinter Mobile Care stood out from the rest. No, his prices weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive. It was the perfect intersection of cost and quality. Vitalii was extremely patient with explaining all of the possibilities, the cost associated, and setting expectations. Even though they are located over 100 miles from our home, the remote customer service definitely set them apart from the rest. After mulling over all the scenarios, we bit the bullet and sent our van down to Sprinter Mobile Care for a rebuilt motor and transmission. Upon arrival, Vitalii introduced himself and his crew and gave me a quick tour of their shop, detailing their workflow and their plans to fix our Sprinter. Their operation can only be described as professional. Similar to watching a chess grandmaster playing chess in the park, natural and effortless. It's as if the whole crew has performed the routine so many times, that it's ingrained into their muscle memory. They can rebuild a Sprinter in their sleep. We left our Sprinter with the crew and went back home to LA. Vitalii provided updates almost every single day. He provided pictures and progress updates and when ancillary items needed to be addressed, he provided an honest assessment of which direction we should go. Within a few short weeks, our van was ready for pickup with a brand new powertrain. Again we were greeted by the super friendly staff and they went over everything we should expect. Our Sprinter now drives better than it ever has before. Vitalii and his crew have not only provided amazing customer service and quality of work getting our Sprinter back on the road, but they have made a believer out of a stubborn dude who "works on his own cars". They set the bar on quality of workmanship for me and I encourage anyone who has a Sprinter to trust Sprinter Mobile Care for all their mechanical needs.

This shop's owner and employees are super friendly, honest, prompt, reliable, and competitively priced. So glad that they are conveniently located near sports arena area. German Automotive service wanted to tell their sprinter clients to go there as well since they can't accommodate tall vans.

Vitali at Sprinter Mobile Care replaced my glow plugs on my 2.8 diesel. Not an easy job needing removal of everything in the way due to glow plugs being below intake elbow. While replacing, he noticed the EGR clamp was worn beyond use. He contacted me and discussed the necessity to replace the clamp. There was definitely extra labor involved but stuck with his original price. He sent pictures as he progressed through the job and kept me informed all the way. Who does that!!! His work was above and beyond what was expected. I will refer him to everyone in need. Thanks Vitali, I will be are repeat customer😊👍

Vitalli and his team helped us find the van that fits our fam of 6. The van we checked out had low miles, seats that had car seat anchors, and windows. Even after the sale, Vitalli told us to call him for any issues. I came back to fix some small things and was grateful that he honored his word. What can one say except excellent service, Vitalli lent me his personal car as he worked on van. I came in at the last minute and he did all repairs I requested on very short notice. Hard to find reputable and sincere care these days yet V excelled in all ways. Highly recommended for knowledge of Sprinters and his dedication to his craft. Great experience.
