Had my vehicle in for routine maintenace and a few other important things show up, I told them of my limited income and hoped they could do the work within my budget which I shared with them and indeed it all got completed. I was and am so grateful for their support and my vehicle runs beautifully.

As for my experience with having my car fixed and worked on here. The process of starting was very stressful. Multiple times I would call I would hear āI donāt that you spoke to anyone recentlyā or āIām not seeing a note made on your account about thatā. It came to the time I just wanted to give the car back and take all the risks because of how stressful it was. But I had patience and I remained calm. I worked with the workers in the finance area and got everything approved. As for the service side, these guys are amazing! They are very sweet, kind, and very understanding. The only thing that was against them on getting my car fixed on the set date was time. But they kept me updated on everything and every step of the way.

Dishonest individuals tryna make a buck. They ruined my car I just got tryna land a warranty job replacing an engine. The car wasnāt under warranty now Iām stuck with 15k debt and will be taking them to court with the evidence I have.

I dropped my truck off with some front end issues and let them know that I would be out of service over the weekend through till Tuesday, and that I was stranded in St. George until it was up and running. I authorized them do whatever was needed to get the truck up and running. There were a series of miscommunications that led to my truck not being done in time and I was quite distraught that I had to call in for work again. They were very concerned about everything and bent over backwards to get my truck done early the next morning. They then surprised me by waiving the labor time so that I only paid for parts and diagnostics. I am extremely impressed by their customer service and would not hesitate to return to them in the future. Thank you all!

I had a great experience with these guys and their service manager Eric really went the extra mile to make the experience great. I blew the transmission on my Lexus GX470 while traveling through their town on a road trip to WY. At first the ordered and installed two different transmissions and both were faulty. This was costly to them and frustrating to me. Finally we agreed it needed to be rebuilt and what I'd hope would be a two week repair turned into 6 weeks. But in the end Eric drove it back to me 8 hours and delivered it to my door cheaper than a car company was willing to do it for. So thank you Eric and give that guy a raise!!!

I was NOT pleased my new car had SO many issues when the advertisement says they do inspections prior to sale and will fix it on site. Yes but you'll wait 8 months for the repair. Poor communication, very avoidant. Would NOT recommend.

Worst customer service ever! Last month we dropped off our truck to be serviced and I did tell them what the problem was, and they seemed to have understand what I was talking. After an hour they (James) called me and told me that they need to open the oil pan and see if it has some metal debris in there and to do that, they have to charge me $600+ and I just said okay. Later he called me back again and told me that it needs a transmission valve. I asked, so it is what is needed to fix the problem, and he said yes. So, I said okay go ahead as I don't have much choice but wanted to resolve what was going on with the truck and with that the price has increased to $2400+ he said that it will take hours to just do that, and the labor is expensive. Just to make this story short, a few days later he told me that the price has increased to $3200+ as they need a computer programmer to program everything. I was like, was it not included in all those charges? And he said no as it is another job. What the heck! Why would they not tell me the total charges in the first place before doing anything else? Why could they not give you maybe just an estimated amount so that you will have an idea. Not on the spot that while doing your vehicle they will count the charges as it goes and will tell you one at a time. This is just ridiculous and unacceptable. I don't have a choice but to go with it since they are in the middle of repair. A few minutes later he called me back and said that he was able to lower the price to $2800. Am I supposed to be happy? Still high but not bad to lower that amount. A week after we drop off the vehicle, we pick it up. By the way, on days that I was calling to check on the status of the vehicle and to know when it's gonna be done, James will answer me I don't know. Reassuring, isn't it? Why can't he not give an estimate of how many days will they be working on it? Anyway, when we finally pick up the truck, we paid the $3200+ and not the $2800 he told us. Wow! what a scam! The worst part.... the vehicle was NOT fixed. Driving back home we encountered the same problem and when I called him he told me that I am the problem. Wow, just really wow!! What a guy! God bless to you. A star will not describe their service.....it should be zero! UPDATE: 9/8/24 After I posted my review, Tracey one of the owners contacted me and made arrangement as to how they could better their service and would like to make up for what have been done. She told me that they already fired James on the day she contacted me. I was dumbfounded as it was not my intention that they would fire him. She offered me to fix the vehicle's problem for free, but I told her that it was already fixed by a different mechanic. With that, she asked for the invoice and offered to help out the cost. So, I sent her the receipt and upon their careful review they offer to pay the cost of the parts which are the fuel pump, lever sensor and fuel pressure sensor for a total of $986.86. It was not the amount that I paid to the other mechanic, which is almost $1800 that fixed the problem, but nevertheless, it was a very kind offer that I did not expect, and I am grateful. Cost me more then expect and still didn't fix the problem my son had to tell me how to fix it and after I changed both 02 sensor at the same time and replaced the spark plugs I've not had a problem

I had a delivery to make in Leeds and stayed in St George overnight only to drive to Las Vegas the next day, but it was over 100 degree hot and my air conditioner was not working. I was going to just go without doing anything but as I was driving by I thought I will just check to see if St George Auto could help before I continued on my trip. AWESOME people! They got me right in, serviced the air conditioner, charged me a very reasonable price, got me back on the road, and I traveled COOL the rest of the way and back home! I TOTALLY would have them do my work anytime! Thanks St. George Auto TEAM!! You made my day!

I live close to a construction area in St. George and lo and behold. My back right tire was low. I called St. George Auto gallery service. And Mike helped me through the whole process, brought my car and noticed a few things that were going on with the tires. They were able to help me out and give me information to move forward and they did it all quickly. Shout out to Mike for helping me through this process and getting me back to Driving within an hour.

Left my car here over 5 days had parts replaced and a big bill to pay.. havenāt even left the parking lot and the vehicle sounds even worse then when it was when it was dropped off. SCAM For sure.

We live 3+ hours away. My wife and kids were in St George for the week when my daughters car started making some awful noises. No shops would even look at it for them until they called St George Auto Gallery and spoke to Mike. He agreed to get it in for an inspection. They found bad ball joints and control arm bushings. I got to town and we decided to spend the night and have them fix it the next morning. Mike was incredibly helpful, always nice and the price for the work including replacing 2 tires was very fair. My wife and kids were able to safely make the 200+ mile drive home. I can't recommend these guys enough. They were absolutely awesome. Highly recommend.

I have been working with James to resolve an issue with my a/c. He was fantastic to work with. He took the time to show and explain what the culprit was that was causing the issue. James kept me up to date with the order status of the replacement part and scheduled a time to come in when the part arrived. My a/c is now working incredibly well. I could not be more pleased with my experience with St George Auto Gallery Service.

Since the beginning of 2021 until now, I have taken my Range Rover to St George Auto Gallery service center for all my car maintenance and fix-its. They have done me well until the last fix-it. Whatever the mechanics did to fix the problem now has created new problems. I have returned my car to the service center multiple times to have the new problems fixed but I have now become a burden to st george auto gallery service center they continue to tell me there's nothing wrong with my car when there really is. They have no interest in finding a solution to my car's problem. I was warned that once this problem was fixed it may create new problems, so here we are with new problems lets fix them instead of brushing me off It's time to go else where.

TLDR: The sales team is amazing. The service center is the opposite. I purchased my vehicle about 6 weeks ago and had a wonderful experience. The sales team was awesome, and I originally left a five-star review. When I purchased my vehicle, I knew that the bumper was dented, and I signed an agreement stating that St. George Auto would pay for the dent repair as well as detailing after the purchase. I didn't mind waiting six weeks for an appointment at their service center, but when i recieved a call to make an appointment, the lady on the other end was short and rude. I scheduled for the dent repair and a cleaning to be done at the same time since I had to travel from out of town and didn't want to make multiple trips. When I came for my appointment, the entire parking lot was jam packed. There were cars blocking the entrance and exit, and there was hardly enough room to turn around when I couldn't find a parking space. I was told at the desk that I didn't have an appointment, which was frustrating as I had traveled and was missing work. After that situation got ironed out, I sat and waited for a ride. During that time the two associates started arguing and yelling at each other, which was awkward to watch. I left my car all morning and most of the afternoon. Later I got a call saying that my car was finished with the repair, and was good to pick up. I was also informed that the detailing couldn't be done, as the service team only did those on Mondays and Fridays. I don't understand why they couldn't have told me that when I set my appointment, or at the very least when I dropped my car off that morning. I also don't understand why a simple dent took 6.5 hours to repair. I couldn't see my car in the parking lot, so I asked the associate if she could please help me find it. She refused, telling me that she was "stuck behind the desk all day" and that the car was somewhere out front. I looked more thoroughly and still couldn't find my car. Not wanting to deal with the associate again, I went next door and asked someone from the sales team to help me. When we did find my car, it was BEHIND the service center. Literally the opposite of what she had told me. Upon starting my car, all of the settings were messed up, even the digital clock.. I don't understand why they were messing with that to begin with. They still owe me a detailing, but I'd rather pay full price elsewhere than get it done at the service center and have to go back. I definitely got the vibe that I was a priority until the car was sold and they made their money. Afterwards they made me feel like an inconvenience. If you're going to buy from St. George Auto, just make sure that you don't have to do anything at the service center afterwards.

Buyer beware!!! I would never use this auto shop again. Charged me over $900.00 for a turbo oil line on my Mini. Google says this bill should be between $280.00-$320.00. Took me big time. So brought it home next morning had oil all over my garage floor. Took it back they claimed it was another turbo oil line. Wanted another $400.00 to replace the other one. $900.00 for one but $400.00 for the second one. Then when I went to pick up my car they gave me a note saying they would do it for $353.58. You decide.

For the most part I feel they are doing a great job. I like the front desk staff and appreciate the rides to and from the shop. Although the last experience with them left me a little uncertain. Clearly the mechanic did not do a full inspection of his finishing touches of his work before closing the hood. For my battery post to not at all be secured to the battery was silly.

I am surprised I have always had excellent service at this shop with the purchase of my cars and repairs; but on this occasion I took my truck to be repaired and they would deliver it to me in 2 days, 4 days passed and they hadn't even started to repair it, there was no communication, only excuses that they didn't have mechanics until they ran staff that when I was talking to them. I had to pick up my truck and take it to another workshop (this is a constructive complaint because before it was an excellent workshop) š©š

I left a review here about a year ago. The company quickly called me and said "what's going on man? this isn't you." Which was a weird thing to say haha. Anyway I left a bad review because they were pretty rude to my wife when she dropped off the car. Within a day they called me and pressured me to delete the review. They promised to fix the scratches they made on my car if I deleted the review. Took the review down, took my car back in, came back with the same problem and the scratches still there. Took my car to paxman automotive and they fixed the problem instantly without hesitation and with a smile.

St George Auto Gallery Service will exceed expectations as they did in our case.. We broke down on a Friday night, I called Saturday morning and was told to bring our Suburban in. We got there, we told them our issue and they were able to start looking into the problem. I have a car warranty service that was able to cover most of the bill I believe the technician was Daniel. He did an outstanding job. Once he looked at it and diagnosed the problem, he brought me out there to show me what he found. He also mentioned that we were lucky, if we would have continued that wheel would have fallen off. Trust me, when I saw all the issues, he was right. On a side note, I am also a mechanic. The repair was going to take a few hours. The manager mentioned why not see a movie. We didn't have to call for an Uber, one of the other techs volunteered to take us there! Once the movie was over and we were eating lunch, the shop called saying that the Suburban was fixed. The same young man came back to pick us up. Once back, the tech went over what he found and showed us the parts where the failure happened. They ordered one part they thought could be bad. They didn't have to use it. To me St George Auto Gallery Service has the upmost integrity when it come to servicing all your vehicles. This alone separates them from other places. We were driving home from our trip in California and our wonderful reliable elderly van decided she was done(in Las Vegas). We somehow made it to st George by a miracle and became stranded. I hurried and googled vans and found this place. They had a nice white Honda odyssey. We went in and had zero pressure to decide what to do. We were able to test drive the van in our own, and really talk about what to do. It took us a day to gather the money and decide, still no pressure! We were impressed with the final cost. No hidden fees except a very small one. This is a super big deal! Many places charge tons of extra fees! We bought the van and drove it the rest of the way home. They even bought our dead van from us! So far so good on our van, we love it! Thanks for saving us in such a bad situation!!! I actually feel like this place was a blessingš
