Had an issue with an air line 40 miles out of town. Called these guys for help. Had me send info and waited an hour until I called back and somehow he’d missed it. Then after going out to the truck just said “it’s going to be really expensive and sent charges for random things like $235 call out and $100 part callout, then as he was getting parts told me he was going to stop for lunch making us ultimately missing our appointment and making the whole callout unnecessary. Eventually finished the job and sent an invoice for $1300 showing a $120 part and the rest was call out charges and labor time at $135 an hour charged for 5 hours of labor but driving time from our truck and back to Saint George was only 2.4 hours for two round trips and he was on site minimum of an hour installing the part. Wouldn’t recommend and will not be doing business with them again. After paying invoice he also Said “ I recommend you get that checked when you get back” apparently didn’t even run the part in the same location aa oem and more than likely we will be charged by freightliner if we take it in for warranty work to get the part checked out as he recommended. Integrity is lacking within this company. Will take advantage if they can. Update 5 months later and his “fix” has failed and were again replacing this line. 0 stars would be given if possible

Hope all 24/7 services will learn how to run A REAL 24/7 service from this great , hard working American. Gentelmen answered after 1 ring, was very knowledgable and proffesional. My truck took crap on me on Saturday evwning, yet i got all the help and advise i needed. Thank you Sir . Thats the way it should be done.

The guy told me that he will come in a hour but he went for another job, he didn’t solve my issue. Unprofessional I don’t recommend If you go for another job let me know then I can find another one. By the way other person was much more cheaper

Had an issue with my trailer… called him up. Only waited about 20 minutes. He showed up. Knew what the problem was immediately. Went and got parts and I was on my way! I’ll definitely call him again if I have an issue!
