Talk about a reliable and HONEST shop! I brought my vehicle in to chase down a vibration/rattle under the truck at low RPM. They suspected a bad catalytic converter. After ordering a replacement, they removed the stock unit, only to discover there was nothing wrong with it. So they reinstalled it, the rattle was gone, so they called me to come get it. How much did they charge me? ZERO $. That’s right. No charge. I felt guilty not paying even a diagnostic fee. But I’ll be back to give them more business, armed with donuts this time! PS the rattle is still gone after 300 miles if driving.

Local Ford dealership diagnosed my vehicle's problem as rear end clutch issue. Replacement of clutch pack to the tune of $4600. No other option available. Feeling overwhelmed i decided for a second opinion. Folks at SGTA agreed with original diagnosis but came up with a much better solution. It's called Friction Modifier and is added to rear diff. Ford even recommends this in online reviews. $67 later I have a silent and rumble free car. Kudos to these guys for their help.

10/10 recommend! Prices are very good and they don’t just rebuild your trans. They update it while rebuilding. My Promaster is now running better than it EVER has thanks to the upgraded parts. They made a sucky situation good. Comes with warranty and they got me an uber from and to pick up my van. Good turn around time too

Great staff, always friendly and easy to work with. My timing belt went out a year after being replaced and they covered the whole engine repair due to the faulty belt. Highly recommend!

The staff was very friendly but they wayyyyy over charge! They also tried to add another $800 of services onto what I asked them to do and I got it done elsewhere for $250. Do your research on prices.

Had a transmission go to limp mode with P0700 code. The crew in the shop traced the issue to faulty wiring. Trouble shooting was the best. This is now my go to shop for all my automotive needs.

Place was clean and inviting. Kim’s genuine smile and cordial attitude was impressive for a mechanic shop. Tyler’s ears were not as big as Mr. Spock’s but sharp enough to hear the noise from the back of my beloved Mitsubishi Montero Limited Edition and diagnose it immediately! During the repair Tyler had also noticed a cracked Alternator belt that needed to be changed. If anyone needs a good clinic with a caring doctor and a wonderful nurse for their vehicles, the St. George Transmission is the place!

St.George transmission did an amazing job on my 2015 wrx transmission rebuild they were honest from the get go my car now feels and drives 1,000 times better then when I bought it great service great everything definitely recommend!!!

Very Rude lady at the front desk. She likes to talk down and act like any questions you ask is stupid and a waste of her time. They are more expensive but had openings (probably because people don’t return after the first visit) and I needed the job done but at the end of the day my car was fixed however I wish I spent more time picking a repair shop as I would’ve picked another one

Paid them $160+ to diagnose and they did a full inspection on my vehicle and didn't identify very serious problems that could've resulted in a bad car accident. Took it to steves automotive and he did my diagnostic for FREE and was super compassionate and gave me a loaner car because mine was gonna be in the shop over the weekend. Will not be coming back to this place!

Traveling through southern Utah and noticed dripping from the bottom on my vehicle, like my transmission was leaking. Brought it in to St George Transmission and Automotive. Found out it was not my transmission leaking. they explained in detail what was going on and suggested good ways to correct the issues. They checked my fluids and topped them off, without me even asking. They didn’t even charge me!!!! Yeah, you read that right!! I am still just amazed!!! They were amazing and absolutely wonderful and honest with everything they were doing!!! Thank you Dan and Kim for your professionalism, your honesty and getting my vehicle in on a busy Monday morning.
