Had an issue electrical issue with my Sonic and decided to use Staples Mill Auto and had a wonderful experience. They recommend me a tow company nearby and took their time with my car to find the issue and even kept it a few days to make sure the issue didn’t repeat itself. Anyone wanting a reliable and honest auto care, this is the place!

This is the only place I will take my vehicle for service! Nice clean shop run and managed by Russell who is very knowledgeable of Everything Automotive honest people and everything done right the first time! I highly recommend them!

Great folks and will do their best to do right by you. Have never had an issue with their service. As honest as the day it’s long, won’t nickel or dime you. Just make sure you use the one on Tally Rd which is off Staples Mill not the first shop which is at the corner right on Staples Mill. The names are very similar - don’t know how that happened but it has been that way for decades. You want the place run by Russell with the red building with the Tally address where you go through the chain link gate. I believe all the mechanics have been with him for years and years. They are very busy all the time so plan ahead if you can but Russell will do his level best to help you if at all possible. On the similar names, sometimes I call the first one I see and I always know I have the wrong place. In fact, right now I’m worried that I reviewed the wrong place because I don’t see my review here but doing another one to be sure.

Many members of my family swear by the honesty and good service provided by the owner Russell. The price isn't cheap, but it's not exorbitant either. It's an extremely busy shop, that handles a fairly broad range of services.
