Very disappointed. $ 50 dollar tires were bald in 5 weeks and they declined any reief at all,not even a discount on replacement. I was a long standing customer and have taken my business elsewhere

Was very rude . Got the wrong tire size and just asked if they would be willing to trade for a size . Could have been a simple no . Instead one of the workers started yelling to get out of here and they don’t do that . And shooed there hand to get away like a pest . Honestly appalled at the reaction to a simple question

I had my car towed after a really bad flat. Pulled in the lot at 630 before the tow truck (they close at 7.) , guys had my car in the garage and 2 matching front tires on before 7:05! They were kind, quick and very helpful! Glad I live down the street, happy to have a great little shop near by.

Drove in without appointment and had 4 tires put on in less than 30 minutes. Mounted, balanced, and I didn't even have to get out of my car. Very happy with the service and affordable price.

Always reasonable though the last time I had work done the apparent manager was peculiar. He wasn't on site to begin with and asked his worker how I got in of course the worker said I drove in. Peculiar venue.

Dealership wanted to replace my rim due to a dent from one of Clevelands finest potholes, they saved me 500 dollars and the service was very quick, these guys are awesome!!!

I used to get service for my tires, but the team on this Wednesday 15 mars 2023 is horrible,there is a short black man with glasses be careful he can get physical and told me someone gonna hit you be careful and ask me to call the police he will do nothing!because I came to the shop and talk like I was the boss and he can hit me!,just because I was complaining there tools drill impact tie very hard my tire there is noway to open with you hand tools ⚒️, The tall Arabic guy told me that I am getting old to open but they spent more than 5 minutes to open with that powerful drill impact and they used hammer because that was so tie,they break 2 of my nut trying to open. I will never go back so désappointing after a year of service I miss the old team😭

Worst place to go. Waited around all day for service. The owner will not correct ANY mistakes made by his company. Smashing my lug nuts with a sledge hammer because they can’t get my truck wheels off with a hand drill. I had to take out a 4 way and do it myself. They seal the bead with used motor oil and will not correctly balance your tires using only pilfered weights from other vehicles if available in their minimal selection laying around on the floor. They returned 3 of my 4 good tires. Avoid at all cost! I went to 65th and lawn and they did a great job!

Wow, these guys are great. Got me right in, everyone was very professional for an old school tire shop, and was out of there in 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend them!
