If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. I stopped by here for the first time only knowing my car was leaking oil. Al fit me right in and took care of my car within my scheduling availability and the work was done promtly. Service was completely professional and the rates were extremely reasonable. I will definitely be returning here and suggesting this business to others. Thank you Al!!

I’ve taken my vehicle to Al on a couple of occasions, and I’ve always felt as if he diagnosed problems correctly and repaired them correctly and in good time. I’ll definitely go back to him with any future difficulties I may experience with my vehicles. His prices are reasonable and his timing is great.

I love State Road Auto care, the owner Al and his staff are polite , caring and professional. I have a old model police impala, and I went in for one issue, they took care of it same day, and also addressed another issue I wasn’t aware of and very affordable, I would refer all my associates to them. From Ohio - daughter lives in Tampa. Called crying cuz her car broke down on 75 in morning traffic. Towed it to Al at State Road Auto and he told me no problem - can look at it today. Took care of the issues - reasonably priced - and got the car all taken care of same day! Could have overcharged especially being out of state but he was cordial, informative, and very professional. Too bad your not in Ohio as all my auto needs would go to you. Guess who I'm calling when daughter has another car issue? THANX AL!!

I had to have a radiator and thermostat replaced in my 2014 dodge avenger. This place, Al, and his employees where very professional, knowledgeable, and got the job done quicker than i expected, and didnt gouge me in price, very reasonable. Im recommending this mechanic shop to everyone..the guy is top notch, and i will return with any future repairs..Great job, thank you...

I want to give a big shout-out to Al, a mechanic you can truly trust! Even though my car's transmission failed and it wasn’t worth fixing due to the cost, Al was completely honest and upfront about it. He didn’t charge me a penny for diagnosing the issue, even though he spent time and effort looking into it. It's rare to find a mechanic who is as trustworthy and honest as Al. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable mechanic. Thank you, Al, for your professionalism and integrity!

I changed my transmission fluid and filter they quite me a very good price and for complimentary they do free oil change, good mechanic and they are very fast. Very recommended.

I had a misfiring cylinder cause by my coil and spark plug. Came into the shop and they immediately looked it over. Didn't charge me for the diagnostic and ran me through the options. Was honest and had integrity with me on pricing (sadly hard to come by these days) and got me in out in about an hour. Made a huge difference because I was about to start a road trip out of town. Very nice garage, well organized and while it's obvious the building is old, they keep the place very well put together. I am going to recommend this place to all my friends. If you need help you'll do right by coming here.

Brought my Hyundai Elantra here because it wasn’t starting and they took a look at it and found out it needed a new starter. They fixed up my car for half the price anywhere else would do it and it still is running great without any issues. They took great care of me. Highly recommend

I needed rear brakes on my Dodge Ram so I shopped around and found this establishment to be the best choice. They were able to take me in right away and were kind and courteous and very helpful. I was very impressed with everything they did. I only wish I had found them sooner! I highly recommend them to everybody! Thank you again!

I found a great new repair shop. It's called State Road Auto Care, they're on 9204 US 301. I met with the owner, Al, very nice guy, down to earth, soft spoken. Seems trustworthy. I had him give me a couple of quotes to fix my car. His prices are great. It's hard to find honest mechanics now a days. I'm having him fix my car next week when I get paid. Highly recommend, give him a try.

Super fast, professional, & friendly. Ask for Al. He did my brakes last week. Great prices. It's hard to find a good honest mechanic like him. He didn't try to up-sell me anything... just told me the truth. I love that. Highly recommend !!
