Took a Wheel that had a Bad tire on it along with a tire I wanted put on the wheel a simple switch. Long story short the incompetent person left something inside the tire. And the worse part about it he knew it and let me leave. Do not take your vehicle bicycle or anything that has tires to this place

I came to them in need of tires. I ask if he had the size I needed he tells me he does. When he’s putting them on I notice they look smaller so I double check and ask if it was the right size, he proceeds to lie and say they are. I check the size myself and sure enough they were not. I ask for a refund and to just get my old tires put back on so that I can go somewhere else and he tells me they can’t because they stab holes into them. I had a busy day ahead of me so I try it out & he sends me off with incorrect small tires. as soon as I get on the highway my car starts shaking dangerously. I call and he tells me to come back to get them balanced because he forgot. I get back and tell him I just want my money back because this did not at all feel safe or right. He instead tells me to come back the next day so he can get the right size. I come back the next day and the tire is no good as you can see in the picture. My tire light is now on when it wasn’t even on with the tires I had before coming to this place. I lost money and time. Still not having good tires. This has been the most stressful place to go to when needing some quick tires. Don’t waste your time!!!

I love the owner. I really appreciate his fast service. He’s respectful and professional. His staff is courteous and nice. I’d advise anyone to go to him for tires or to get a tire plugged.

Got the tire size I needed that no one had....I mean no one! Make sure you check them thoroughly some are plugged up but hey, can't expect for some used cheap tires to be perfect.

I bought a used tire here few months back here..the tire look almost new..I want to say i had no problems with the tire..I drive real smooth..I will go back again and get more tires.for my van thank you!!

I got 24in wheels I drove from dc and my tire blew got me back on the road in 35 mins I drive a tow truck in dc when I say hands down great shop great environment good customer service

Nice guy. That’s it for the niceties. The tires are mediocre. The worst part was that he didn’t tell me they don’t balance tires they install. I found out the hard way on 77. Lesson learned, never assume.

Don't matter how long you been going to this tire shop Don't be A dollar short, or expect A discount or great service. They don't give A dam. And they may make you put your on air in tire. They never ask how much presure you need in tire. They just send you off. If you can make to another tire shop please go.

I came to them. They specifically asked not to get a tire with any plugs in it. Not only did he give me a tire with one plug, but two. The wire he used is illegal. Go to South Blvd. don’t give your business to ppl who would put your life at risk

I went to about 7 different used tire shops on the Eastside and they did not have my tire size but This place did. He has changed a few tires for me 3 years ago too. Very reasonable and Quick. You be in and out.

I have been buying “used” tires for over a decade and this shop is the worst experience I have ever had. They started off by putting the wrong size tires on my front wheels. After fixing that the two tires they put on the back were in very bad shape. Honestly worse than the ones that came off. These are not lightly used tires. These are trash tires with 1/32 tread left and chunks missing. One had a nail in it. All my wheels shake on the highway because they do not use a balancing machine. They also hit my wheels with a hammer a lot, idk why. I had some damage to the wheels and it’s definitely much worse now. The next morning one of my tires was flat. I brought it back to the shop and they tried to blame it on my “wheels being old”. Which is untrue. Two days later and both of my back tires were flat. One week later my other front tire was flat. I have been buying “used” tires for over a decade and this shop is the worst experience I have ever had. I requested a refund from the shop owner and was denied. My tires are worse now than when I went in and I’m stuck having to buy a new set after spending hundreds at this shop and spending over 4h there. I wish I had never come here, will not be returning.

They destroyed 2 of my rims I asked if the could do run flats and they said yes looked like the beat the rims with a hammer I would never take a car to them.while I was there multiple people where having problems with them worst used tire place I have ever been to
