I’ve been here several times and they’ve always been honest and fair with me! Granted I’ve never had major issues with my vehicle, but for the classic tune-up they are kind and efficient. They were also surprisingly experienced with my particular model, which is from 2009! Last but not least, I especially noticed how respectful they are with both seniors and women, which you don’t always find so easily.

It was a pleasure dealh the Station of the Stars the problem with the car and then remedied it in a facile and intelligent and efficient manner. The staff was courteous and knowledgable and made the entire experience a pleasurable one. If you have a car problem this is the place to go.

After my car accident, I sent my car their because it was close to my home. They never actually fixed the issue the accident had caused and charged me twice for it. Once 2k the second time 4.7k. Car still didn't work right. Took it to a jeep specialist who showed me that they had just welded the broken parts and repainted them to make it looked like they had replaced them. The head guy over there Sean is very dishonest. Strongly don't recommend unless you have money to throw away before they actually address your car problems.

Got swindled a couple times here. They held onto my car for so long it would have been better to just get a new one. There’s a guy there Shawn, extremely dishonest. It was a pain having to deal with him

The service is always amazing!! I drive from Sherman Oaks to see Frank and Shawn. Great customer service and knowledge about exactly what you need! I recommend this station to anyone who needs a trustworthy service with your car! Been seeing them for 20 years!
