Chad and Daniel are tops in the Harley Davidson maintenance shops in the Bay Area. They recently changed the tank,front and rear fenders, and installed a set of fiberglass saddlebags. I was planning on doing this swap from items purchased on e Bay, but unfortunately some individuals broke into my storage unit stole my tools and the bike stand. I had Chad and Daniel do the first service when I bought my 2005 HD Deluxe and front wheel bearing replacement. Being familiar with their work they did not disappoint me with this transformation. Excellent work and very fair pricing.

Went in with my ex to have his bike serviced, I really enjoyed the atmosphere both guys were personable and not bad on the eye!😎😎 Just referred my current situation to have his bike checked out due to some on going issues. Not sure If he will follow-through with the referral, I've only heard good things and felt good vibes~ NP Oh and they gave me a Steady Rolling T-shirt👕 I may rock and stop by an visit.....

Great bunch of guys! Chad and Daniel went up and beyond to make sure my FXR repairs went smoothly. Even though, my admitted indecisiveness in regard to the direction of the build probably got a tad annoying, they both had great suggestions and steered me in a Great direction. All their suggestions are based off of life experience and not "Harley Hearsay", which I can definitely appreciate. So far the FXR runs great and it's ready to roll out. Thanks again!

Sacramento Harley-Davidson took my bike apart, gas tank,rear fender, fender trim, engine guard,saddlebags guards, swingarm, brake light, rear signal light, rear shock, front forks,saddlebags and replaced all@ $1,500 labor.Here,tires R/F replacement, shock gauge, took fender ,fender trim,off & on ,love jugs,shock compression exchange all for $1,900 labor. Beware..!

I really wanted to support the Steady Rolling shop. In the last two years they've done about $4K of work on my two Harleys. Last month I paid them $1100 to install a new stator on my '89 Softail. Then last week I went for a ride up 101 and when I stopped for fuel in Cloverdale, I saw that the clutch cover had fallen off. I texted Chad a picture and he replied, "That cover was torqued to spec, with loctite." How is it possible that a correctly installed clutch cover falls off after 75 miles? I won't be taking my bikes to Steady Rolling again.

If you’re reading this review then obliviously you’re trying to decide where to take your bike. Someone recommended them to me and I decided to do my own thing. A lot wasted money and time. When you do something do it right the first time. Daniel and the guys at Steady Rolling are amazing! The customer service, communication, and honesty I can’t say enough about. Steady Rolling Motorcycles is the best! I bring my Dyna all the way up from Santa Cruz to Steady Rolling because they are the best. Chad has always given me solid advice on parts and services, and they have never let me down. I WILL NOT TAKE MY HARLEY anywhere else. Anything from basic services to a full custom build. I highly recommend these guys. Solid shop, solid work, with solid pricing.

I'm grateful that we have a shop in the area that provides such high quality craftsmanship and reliability when it comes to motor builds, maintenance, and aesthetics. Chad and Daniel have serviced my FXR and helped me rebuild the top-end. They built my Dyna including the chain drive conversion, California fuel pack, pistons, cams, suspension and installation of bars and bags. They pay great attention to detail, don't overcharge, come through on-time and give unbiased feedback and direction.

These dudes are legit had a stator issue fixed here was pricey but he gave me different options as to what part to use and said he won't put a cheap part in because they don't hold up. That being said I'm sure the dealership would've charged me more. The thing that stands out to me the most is whenever I'm having an issue I can call them and they help me diagnose it over the phone instead of telling me to come in and charging me for the labor. Definitely will be coming back for any issue I can't fix myself. These are solid dudes running a great business.

By far the best harley shop in East Bay. Chad has fixed multiple issues with my 86 sportster and now it's running better than it ever has. It's a small shop, but they do great work with great turnaround times.

Fantastic shop and really great guys, I can’t recommend highly enough! They took my FXDLS and transformed it: S&S 124 with Legends front and rear, plus they connected me with a great paint shop. Much more than simply mechanics, they really guided me through the build process. 👍

I'm new to the area, and found these guys on-line and decided to give them a shot. I worked with Chad on a couple issues I was having with my 2015 Sportster. He was very accommodating to my schedule, creative with solutions, and really easy to work with. My wife even called him and they surprised me with the risers I was planning on installing before I came to pick it up! Overall, it was a great experience, and I plan on working with them again. Great work, and highly recommended! 👍

Last weekend on Saturday during Fleet week in San Francisco, My throttle cable snapped just as I was approaching the bridge. Thankfully I was able to get a tow from Cycle tow Really awesome guys there. The driver knew of a shop who could take care of me. Take care of me they did. Unfortunately they did not have my cable in stock, But they were able to make one work for me and get me back on the road in less than 15 minutes. Awesome guys!! only charged me a few bucks.If you break down in the bay area definitely hit these guys up for all your needs.

My bike is only ever worked on by myself or the dudes at Steady Rolling. I met Chad and Daniel when they were still working out of their garage. Now that they have a full shop it’s easy to say this is the best independent shop in the East Bay. No matter if it’s Chad or Daniel working on your bike or Trevor welding something for you, you are always in good hands. Reasonably priced, professional, honest and friendly staff, quick turn around times, and never compromise a riders safety in his/her wheels.. hence the shop name.
