I had a fantastic experience at Stehlik! I have used them for a diagnostic test and an oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team was kind, caring, and took the time to explain everything to me in a way I could understand. It’s so refreshing to find an auto shop that feels genuinely trustworthy and puts the customer first. Tristan and Garth are amazing people to work with. On top of that, their pricing was very affordable—great value for excellent work. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable car care!

Came in for an oil change here even though I had a 5 pack deal at another auto place (that had terrible reviews for its CoSprings location). Very pleased with the service here, timeliness of getting the oil change done (and affordability for full synthetic), no upselling, and appreciate the family oriented business. Would easily bring my car back for any other issues and future oil changes. Thank you Stehlik!

Over charged for oil change and transmission flush. Techs are mediocre. Asked for an assessment of a wiring harness and was quoted 5000$ for a new wiring harness not even the cost of labor. 🤣 I ended up soldering the wires myself for 2 hours of my time and 40$ in material. This shop personifies the public’s opinion of what mechanics are. Maybe ok for an oil change if you want to overpay. Would never bring my truck here again for anything serious 👎🏻 Was charged 100$ for a diagnostic on the wiring and they didn’t have a clue what to do 🤣 if you want an overcharged oil change bring your vehicle here 👍🏻

Decent service been going there for years. The Problem I have is they play right wing extremist news in the lobby with a trump sign out front. Insurrectionist supporters and just not neutral in public. So they lost a customer today because I don’t support any business that doesn’t align with my values and openly supports that convicted felon. That’s freedom to chose!

I bring ALL my cars, my friends cars, and my family's cars here. Do you want a local business that genuinely cares for you and doesn't just want to make a quick buck off of you? This is the place. All the staff are great but Tristan R. Stands out the most. He is so kind, polite, and non-judgemental even with someone like me a stereotype girl that doesn't know anything but the basics with cars. He takes the time to explain what my vehicles need and I can't express well enough how incredible his customer service is. This place is incredible.

I went here today for an oil change, first time. I had the best experience! I wasn’t told this needs fixed, that needs changed, nor any upselling! Everyone was super nice and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be back for any other automotive repair!

If you had asked me for a review a year ago I would've given 5 stars. But the service and quality has change I have paid hundreds of dollars for my AC to work and they never have fixed it. It seems like they are doing rushed jobs and won't fully complete the work. The staff is really nice but I was paying for repairs that didn't get done.

Friendly, efficient service. I felt comfortable as a woman who does not know much of anything about cars - nobody tried to convince me into other services, which I really appreciated. I'll go here for future oil changes for sure.

Love this shop. Always extremely fair, communicative, and well-priced. I've brought vehicles in to have them tell me "nope, nothing is wrong, so no charge" which is rare for a mechanic.

My mom uses this place and they have been nothing short of excellent in their service to her vehicle and how they go beyond the norm in caring for her as well. If you need auto repairs, this is the place.

Chris and Andre were so awesome! I had to drive cross country with lots of issues. Chris went thoroughly through my car and told me what had to be done for my trip and what could wait until I got to my destination. So happy I chose them for my automotive needs!!!!!

I was on a long drive from McAllen, Texas all the way up to Montana. Ended up with a slow leak and having to change my tire to a donut. These guys were incredibly helpful, very kind and offered the fastest and cheapest way to get me back on the road. They got my car straight in to the shop and it took maybe 20 minutes and I was back on the road again! Highly recommend this place! Thanks guys!

My dad referred this place seemed pretty cool except for the fact that they did not give me a summary of my service and I see why because I went in for an alignment because it was pulling to the right and as soon as I drove away I noticed that it was pulling to the left pretty bad. They told me they were going to text me the summary of my visit because their printer supposedly wasn't working. Wanted to go in to get it realigned but with my work schedule it's bad enough that I barely had time to go in when I did. Never going back to this place again. What he said is a lie I paid them $130 to do an alignment and don't get me wrong the alignment is better but I think you are thinking of a different customer.

While it would be unfair to give them a 1 star (initially gave them a two star review prior to their response - see photo in case they "delete" their reply), I waited over an hour to get an oil change and they had not eve pulled my car into the bay. Additionally, instead of servicing my vehicle a lot of them were hanging around the front counter jaw-jacking. I had to get to another appointment so I asked for my keys back and the guy at the counter (albeit accidentally) dropped my fob compounding my frustration. Whilst I went here on the recommendation of a good friend to try and save some money, instead I would recommend that you save your TIME and go get your oil changed at a place that provides a higher level of Customer service. EDITED AFTER COMPANIES RESPONSE (DOWNGRADED TO ⭐️ REVIEW): The way a company handles a complaint is a direct indication of how they will go out of their way to accept responsibility and service their Customers. That said I will respond in kind and down grade this to a one star review. To your response Stehlik: 1. I was NEVER given a time frame upon check in. Had the simple question been asked if this time would work for me, I would have just left, or went somewhere else knowing this and given my time constraints. It is I, who suggest that YOU, do a better job managing expectations. 2. If your owner doesn't know that perception is reality, well this would be a good lesson for him to learn. Without me knowing who the group of individuals are, all I see is a group of people "jaw-jacking" and work not getting done. It would have been more professional to have taken this conversation to the nearby open office. 3. I am not perfect and never claimed to be, hence the reason I ensured to describe the incident of the gentleman dropping my fob as accidentally. Instead of taking responsibility, as well as having a lack of empathy for seeing the situation from the Customer's point of view is why I will NOT use you, why I will be sure to encourage others NOT to use you, and why I have downgraded this review from a two star to a ONE STAR review!

Garth and Shane and the rest of the employees are fantastic. They are very honest, and in some situations it appears they’re looking out for my interest, instead of their own. I feel very fortunate to have come across them. When I moved here, they are the only ones that get my business.

If you want people to listen to your concerns and take them seriously. This is your shop. Things didn't go exactly to my expectations. It's not their fault my wife bought a Ford. They were responsive and understanding and did a good job. A family business in the best way..

Top notch service and amazing owners and techs. Honestly, everyone at Stehlik's is just amazing. I'll never use another shop for as long as I live in Colorado Springs. Fair prices, quick service, expert advice.
