Stepans Automotive really came through for me when my car needed fixing! William, Jose, and George were absolute gems, delivering top-notch service with a smile. Not only did they get the job done professionally, but they also offered fair prices and excellent customer care. Big shoutout to the team - I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Came in for a simple routine repair, they messed with other components that I didn't request at all, so when I got the vehicle back, it didn't even run properly. By the time I got it running, the warranty for the other part I got replaced ajd took the vehicle in for expired. They also assembled the part wrong and ended up failing the first Highway Run, costing me even more money to fix their mistakes. You're vehicle will leave this shop with more issues than it came in with. How they get you to keep coming back.

Super rude and unprofessional . Called a week in advance to make sure he would be able to do the job I was looking for , he said yes . Called again to make sure and he says “yes bring it tomorrow 8am”. I had my spouse take the item because we just needed installation . I’m on the phone listening to the conversation and he was very standoffish and very rude . He kept changing the price on something we already agreed on . Overall it was bad business , wouldn’t recommend him . His location isn’t easy to find and he is not professional . Wouldn’t waste my money or time on some so disrespectful when they are suppose to be conducting business

This is the only place I bring my car for service. I was their mail carrier for over 8 years. I had a good relationship with everybody. So were family. Other members of the postal service bring their vehicles to Stephans. The mechanics do excellent work and the cost of service is very reasonable. Never had to bring my car back for reserving. I'd highly recommend this shop over all others. And believe me I have visited hundreds during my life time owning cars. Stephans has proven to be the best.

Been conducting business when Stephans SINCE 2006. WOULDN'T TAKE MY CAR TO KNOW OTHER SERVICE CENTER. These guys are great mechanics.

I was looking for a mechanic so I picked this place based on the yelp reviews. Could not be happier. They replaced my radiator quickly for a fair price. After I left I had a problem with my car alarm. I couldn't get the car to start. I was about a half mile away at that point. They sent a guy to come to me to take a look at it. He got the car started and sent me on my way. No extra charge. The issue with the alarm had nothing to do with them. It was reset when the battery got disconnected and I didn't know how to cancel it.

Danke an die Mechaniker die unseren 18 Jahre alten Cadillac in 2Stunden repariert haben.So konnten wir getrost zurück Richtung Texas nach Hause fahren. Gute Arbeit!!!!!

Interestingly, I started going to Stepan's after a guy I hit went their to get his car repaired. He said he'd been going for twenty years - a pretty good endorsement. It's near my work, so after my current mechanic kept expensively misdiagnosing a problem with my Mini, I decided to try it myself. I love Stepan's - they are friendly, the prices when compared (both to other mechanics and the internet) have always been fair, and I feel I can trust them. My office is switching locations, but I'll stick with Stepan's - it's so hard to find a good mechanic these days. (Plus, my Boy now goes there with his Prius too!)

THIS PLACE IS THE BEST!!! I got in an accident around the corner, so I looked up repair shops on yelp that were close. I called, and William showed up within minutes to look at the car. Then arranged for towing to the shop and was so quick to repair the car. Seriously he was SO helpful and SO nice, I would trust them for any other repairs that my car needs. Very honest, and I know they gave me the best deal possible. I definitely recommend this place to anyone!!!! 10 stars.
