Stephen Adams, Owner/Operator of Buckhead Auto Sport – After working all these years in Buckhead, I haven't seen a shop that provides customers with the personal touch and concierge service that I have provided for my customers over the years. There should be a shop you can call in the middle of an emergency or a last-minute trip out of town to have your car checked out and not have to wait 2 days, like what most shops do. And that’s exactly why Buckhead Auto Sport was created. Our schedule works around your schedule. Life is not predictable, and not everything can be planned. Best BMW shop in North Georgia, Thomas is a Master on BMW's and Tyler the Service Writer will make sure that you are treated right EVERY TIME. Stephen and his other mechanics are way above par. Added review. I cannot stress how happy you're going to be taking your Import (I'm a BMW fan) to Buckhead Autosports. Professional, honest, fair prices, excellent work. Any other shop is at best #2. Update, I conti up to receive top notch service at Buckhead Autosport. Thomas, Tyler, Stephen, and the entire staff are outstanding. I had my headliner renewed on mu 03 BMW 540i M-Sport and it looks as good as factory.

They did a good job with my car. They were kind and helped me get home. They even stayed right before Thanksgiving to finish so I could get my car back. I’ll go there again.

We have used this repair shop for our BMW sedan and Range Rover sport for years. They are amazing at communicating which is usually the biggest downfall of a business. Brett always calls and updates us as to the cost of repairs and anything else they see that needs to be done to keep our cars safe on the road. They are quick to repair and get it done when promised. And Honest. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have used this place once so far for my 2013 GL450 and the amount of information and exprience from Tyler and the other employees made a huge difference. They did a really good job from start to finish. I am going to use them again for any future services and repairs.

The personnel are always pleasant and very knowledgeable. I commonly talk to the technician working on my car to update me on what needs to be done. I have an older Porsche. They are very good about telling me what needs to be done immediately and what items can wait a bit. All repairs and servicing are done timely and completed without fail on the first visit, no matter how complex. Great guys. Great customer service. Awesome in every way!!

I have had bad experiences with other car service places over charging me for items not needed. I am happy I go to Buckhead Auto Sport for two cars. I discovered this amazing shop a few years back and I am so glad that I did! First off, the customer service is unmatched and the genuine depth of care for not only your purse but the "get ahead of the matter" approach is just one of many reasons why I am a repeat customer. My car is in fantastic condition due to the routine maintenance and professional service I get from this center.
