Went to Stephen Wade Chevrolet had a good experience the service manager Robert is amazing. He’ll work with you and any kind of situation and make you feel like you’re the only person there David Service advisor, very personable very friendly always wanting to make sure that everything is fine with my vehicle and that I’m happy. I cannot say enough good things about Stephen Wade Chevrolet’s service department. Robert, the service manager has built such a highly skilled & efficient team who are so knowledgeable, honest & provide the highest level of customer service at every visit. I have a Camaro & my daughter has a Cruze & this is the only place we will take them for service. From major mechanical to an oil change.

Always have a great experience. Have been treated fairly every time I come with my 17 Tahoe. Mitch in Service has always made the time to assist me with whatever I need and has explained my maintenance requirements in great detail. I am very thankful to have someone like Mitch help.

Usually fairly prompt and organized when getting a vehicle serviced here. Pretty unorganized this time. Took about twice as long to get in and out. I will continue to get oil changes here because I believe that the mechanics doing the work will do a top rated job.

We took my husbund truck in for service,oil change,and tire rotation,they were wonderfull As always,very friendly,and there always there For any needs you have . I have a appointment Sept 12th for the same service,so will be seeing You soon again,oh,we have been there a few times before,and we always think of Stephen Wade Chevy Swrvice for our chevy services.

Aug 2022, had routine oil & filter w/ air filter change on my Cadillac. Appointment took a little over 1 hour. The cost was $136. Not bad, considering living in President Mushbrain's era.

Service is super slow. I pretty much told them what was wrong with my car and it still took 5 hours for them to call and tell us how much it would cost. I get that they are busy, but this just seems excessive. Tip of the day, don't buy a Chevy........ever

Service tech new all the answers before looking into the problem. The problem is his pre convinced notions left me with the same problems after picking up the vehicle. Irritating to wait 2.5 weeks to get in for service only to have the same problems when I picked up the vehicle. No need wait, just find someone that listens is my thought.
