Incompetent tech left my oil drain plug loose and dripping oil after my oil change today. All 6 bolts for the skid plate were just started in the holes. None were tight. I carry tools and tightened everything up myself. I also had to stop and buy washer fluid because they didn’t fill that up! After all that I seriously question everything on the multi-point check that they claim to have done. I know they rotated the tires as I saw that with my own eyes. I did check the lug nuts and they were ok. Fortunately I found all this before we started our 3000 mile return trip to Indiana. The service advisor was very nice and professional. He apologized when I called to inform him of the issues. If they can’t do a simple oil change I would never trust them with an actual repair!

You’ve Got it Made, Anywhere Else but Stephen Wade! Is there any department in this organization that isn’t unethical? I came in to just have a door actuator replaced on a back door. No more, no less. You wouldn’t even consider doing this for me unless I had a “diagnostic scan” or whatever you call it. Are you that stupid? I know what the problem was and wanted it fixed. I’m not about to pay what? $75 for you to tell me I need to replace my actuator. I found the part on Amazon for $30 and replaced it myself in about 45 minutes. So I guess thanks for saving me $$$ from your worthless procedures, and helping me realize I can do it better or shouldn’t waste my time with your sales or service departments.

Excellent service. They went above and beyond to to repair the car and answer every question. Repairs were completed on time and were perfect. Staff could not have been any better. Polite, knolegable, and very informative. Would give them all a 10. Perfect right down to the follow up!!!! Thank your all again.

Had a great coupon for a LOF plus Tire Rotation so I made the appointment. It was the first appointment on Friday morning and I was excited to get all that done for such a deal. On my way there the check engine light in the car went on and so I asked them the cost to check it. Lol the cost was 6 time's what I was paying for the services I came in for. So I asked about using another coupon to reduce the cost but was told I could only use one coupon at a time. To bad because I was ready to get it all fixed if the cost had been reasonable and if I could have reduced the price using an available coupon.

I want to say the service i received was excellent. My service host was amazing 🤩, she got me into care of me quickly had great communication skills. I live in Vegas, had to travel to Utah to get 10,000 mile service done it was well worse the travel. I would say keep up the great work and I will highly recommend to people I know even if they have to travel out of state to get the car they want

I was given the bill for someone else’s car and taken to that car. My car was still in the shop. It took another half hour of waiting to get my own car. Then I had to pay more charges which were different from the other persons car. Kind of annoying.

Nissan was unable to provide and install new windshield visors on a 2014 Altima. Not in stock, and never will be. Abominable Service.

Went in to have recalls on vehicle completed. At the end of appointment I was presented with a list of supposed repairs that my vehicle needed when totaled came to over $1,500. The main issue presented was the control arm which never became an issue months later and another service shops said it was in spec. One of the repairs recommended was air filter which I had already replaced. When I asked why they we're recommending that when it already was just replaced, they said it was based on mileage and they didn't check it themselves.
