Although some time has passed since my experience with Lucian Lucas at Saint George Toyota, I still remember it fondly. From the start, he honored all the deals available on the Toyota website and even accepted the coupon I had. They made me wait 5 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and courtesy check. There were supposed to replace cabin air filter as well but I guess 5 hours wasn’t enough time for them. I could have gone home but was repeatedly told it should only be 30 more minutes. Wasn’t even a walk in, this was a scheduled appointment.

No one likes to have their time wasted and that’s exactly what’s this group did to mine. Came in for a straight forward warranty issue. 3 hours later they told me they wouldn’t be able to warranty the part. I asked them if get could show me how they determined it wasn’t a manufacturer defect. This is where they lost me because they couldn’t back up what they were claiming. I explained to them how it is defective and what it would look like if it was something I had done. They offered that I pay for the part and then they would install it for free. What a joke. I had already gotten warranty approval at another dealership. However, I travel so I wasn’t in that area long enough for them to complete it. Idk what sub par businesses you guys support down here in St. George. But there’s no way I would ever do any business with this dealership or their group.

This is the second time I have been waiting at the dealership getting my oil changed and I have seen a higher level "management" employee cussing and yelling at subordinates. Obviously not very professional, especially out on the showroom floor, but just a downright poor way to manage people. There are plenty of dealerships in the area, I won't be supporting that kind of behavior.

We were travelling from Calgary, Canada to Mesa, Arizona a few days ago in our 17 year old Toyota Avalon. The dreaded orange engine warning light came on just before we got to Beaver, Utah. We phoned Stephen Wade Toyota in St. George and spoke with Alana. She booked us an immediate appointment but asked us a few really good questions before making suggestions that fixed our problem in minutes. She gave fantastic service and has such an easy and excellent phone manner. Thank you to the dealership and especially to Alana!

Zero stars. The worst service and experience every single time we take our vehicles here. We have purchased brand new cars from them and every time we take it in for a coveted service or warranty they can’t ever do what is needed. I have never had one good visit here. A waste of time every time and end up having to take our vehicles somewhere else.

My engine had a alert as I was heading home from a 4,500 mile Route 66 road trip. Before driving home to Northern Utah I stopped here to have things checked out. Very friendly service managers. It took 1 1/2 hrs., they reset the alert & said it was something to do with the catalytic converter. The day after I got home the engine alert appeared again. I took it to my local dealership, & it came up as a muffler issue. Part is ordered, & all should be resolved on Tuesday next week.

They have friendly staff who are knowledgeable. They even offer shuttle service for you. Usually with an appointment theyre reasonable on timeliness.

As dealers go, the Toyota section of Stephen Wade is bigger than the other dealer complexes. Tile floors everywhere, even in the bathrooms, which are some of the cleanest and best equipped I've seen in publicly accessible buildings. The service area is no exception, it's quiet, and offers a TV with a small snack area. The seats are all leather and comfortable, located across the hallway from the Toyota accessories store where you can browse if you want. The showroom connects to the waiting area, and is large enough to eat up some time exploring. At the time of writing, the new Ford Bronco Badlands was on display, with several more parked outside. Not something I would have expected to see at a Toyota dealer, but I guess it's just that popular. Typically wait time for a scheduled full service oil change and tire rotation is one hour, and it won't be an unpleasant one. Reading material is recommended.

Excellent communication and quick service made this an enjoyable experience. The lobby had many comfortable locations for my short 45 minute wait.
