I recently took my 2023 Subaru Outback Wilderness to Steve for a bumper paint job and installation, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Steve was easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the process. Before installing the bumper, he kindly showed us the finished paint job, which was flawless. I had my car repaired at Steves Automotive Steve was very personable and was very friendly Steve was willing to work with me and adjust some pricing when I expressed that I was unable to afford the current estimate. He also noticed I had a break out light which was not part of the arrangement and changed it for me without being asked. He is very through and made sure the work was satisfactory and was extremely honest through the entire process. 10/10 and will definitely use Steve for any car repairs in the future

I recently had a Jeep custom built from the frame up. When it came time to paint it, I spoke to several shops. Ultimately, I chose Steve's because of his background in painting and the fact it's a small business (as opposed to large corporation). Steve and his guys gave my Jeep the individual attention to detail I anticipated they would. Painted in Chevy's Riverside Blue, this thing turned out beautifully! Due to the extensive body armor and gray powder coating done by another shop, they had to disassemble quite a bit to properly paint everything. The reassembly looked great with everything lined up just as it should be. Many thanks for a fantastic job!!!

Steve was so good for us and our unique situation. I needed him in a pinch for my teenage son’s car and he not only found the part no one could find, he had us in and out in 3 hours tops. This was so big for us as we cannot be down vehicles and he understood. We had zero down time and what I needed him to accomplish he effortlessly nailed. Highly recommend!

I needed brake and rotor service. I went to Brake's Plus where they were charging $800+ for only the front. I knew that was way overpriced, so I went to Steve's. He effectively communicated and was easy to work with. Front and Rear, brakes & rotors, at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Steven and his guys fixed my 2016 Tacoma after a rear end collision. He also fought with the appraiser because they wanted aftermarket parts for a cheaper repair, I wanted OEM to replace OEM parts. Awesome people doing quality work! 👍

When I got into a terrible accident, I found myself in a very challenging situation. My small car took a big hit by a big SUV, and needed major repairs. I researched all the shops in the area and some shops wouldn’t even attempt to repair my car. Some would make me wait for weeks just to get an estimate and some would refuse to even give me an estimate because the car is electric. I came across Steve’s body shop. I took my car to Steve, and he gave me a fair timeline and price right away, while I was still at his shop. Steve went well above and beyond for me. The customer service, the quality of repair, and his communication were outstanding. I am not knowledgeable about cars, and I’ve been taken advantage of before. Steve has been more than fair and transparent about all the work my car needs, the price, and the timeframe. He communicated in simple terms so even someone like me could understand. I appreciate his honesty and integrity so much and I know that I was getting the best value for my money. Steve was extremely professional and yet I felt like I am being treated like a valued friend. Steve worked with my situation and made sure everything was taken care of. I want to highlight Steve’ communication. I was truly impressed by it. He kept me constantly updated throughout the whole process: when he ordered the parts, when they arrived, when the repairs were completed on my car, what was coming next and finally, when it’s ready for the pickup. I didn’t have to pick up the phone to make a call once – Steve was on the top of it and gave me updates immediately as they came in. When I got my car back, it looked like it had never been in that terrible accident and drove better than before. They even replaced the “rear hubs” because he said they were bad, and I had no idea. I also had an error message “General Warning Light” before the accident – they took care of that too, and I didn’t have it when I got my car back. Excellent repair, beyond words! To summarize, if you're in need of auto body work or refinishing services, do not waste your time on trying to get estimates elsewhere. Look no further. Steve will provide excellent repair, customer service and extremely fair pricing, you can be sure of that ,100%! Thank you, Steve, you saved my car!
