I have been going to Steve's Tire Empire for over a decade now and every time I have received fast quality service that makes me feel safe and secure when I get back on the road. It crazy how they only have one person up there doing everything well everyone is not doing anything and the owner son is just straight out lazy and don't care and they owners are just some lazy and sorry people the only person who is there that is worth anything is me I try my best to make it a great place to come and get ur tire taken care of or anything else u might need and u really want to hear something the owners don't even care about there employer or customers

If I could rate 0 stars I would . The young lady running the show is beyond high on something, she has a very very young boy working and the reason they have no refunds posted all around is because they are messing up vehicles and cars. My truck tires is completely ruined after 3 weeks of getting an alignment. Horrible service and horrible attitudes. They live outback of the shop in a mobile home and still give horable service!

AVOID! Gave 2 bad tires. They charge you to replace the bad tires they give you. Now I've bought many used tires and I know they come with faults. But never have I seen such a sad excuse as what they call "used tires". They're all half bald, leaking air, have holes, and/or completely dry rotted and cracking. The "kids" working here have bad attitudes. One tire was not filled up to the proper psi. And the other was so over inflated I'm surprised it didn't pop. Avoid this place at all costs.

Stopped in today to get a tire replaced and had a wonderful experience. The guy Brandon that helped to replace my tire really took care of me. He had wonderful customer service skills. He made the whole experience of replacing a tire...not so bad.

They put a bad tire on my car charges me 60. It’s bad shaking won’t keep air then charge me another 10$ to replace the bad tire they put on in the first place. When I came to replace mines. One more person was up here complaining as well

My daughter purchased a used tire. Gave them the size and they put on a tire too big for her car. Now they wont refund her money and don't have the correct size tire for her car. Check the tire before paying.

I was charged top dollar for 2 tires. I don't mind paying top dollar on something as long it's not gonna be a problem later. My car is shaking so bad now.. and both tires have chunks of rubber coming off them. One of the tires has been rubbed so bad from the previous owner the words are completely gone on the side wall. We gonna see what there gonna do to fix this problem.. Hopefully they make it right.... To be continued.......

THE WORST USED TIRES I purchased a used tire and 4 days later had a blow out. Went back and was informed there’s a “$10” charge to give me another tire. The tire he offered was worse than blow out. They use to have nice use tires. Not sure if they have a new owner but for the price you can get a new tire from Walmart You get what you pay for NEVER again.

Bad tires!...they keep the bad tire that they get from off your vehicle. keep it and refurbish it. just to resale it for 50 to 65 dollars....

Helping a stranded woman with a flat tire. She had purchased the used tire the previous day. The tire was shredded on the inside and out. After inspecting it, the tire was completely dry rotted and should have never been placed on her car.

Horrible customer service!!! They make up prices every other week it's a new fee! They don't accommodate loyal customers. Tires have to be constantly replaced. Then it's a hassle in getting tire replaced after they put a bad tire on your car. Gave me the wrong size tire one time and it kept goin flat. They charged me $10 to replace a tire that they was wrong in putting on my car because for one it was the wrong size and for two it started going flat the next day! They are very unprofessional . And has no courtesy for their customers. I wouldn't dare recommend this place!
