So I pay for a tire$75 I go to work I get off work the same tire is back flat they do not honor their 30-day warranty when I took the tire back he tried to charge me $55 more for the same time I will not go to them ever again

These guys are great! They make you feel like family as soon as you pull in. They have the best vibes in Whitehall and we’ve been going since they were recommended and haven’t had any issues with tires and it’s financially feasible. Definitely a recommended spot to get a new tire and a good laugh!

PERFECT. I was in need of two tires for my work car. There was a line, but it moved quickly. They had a great used set in my size. Got them mounted and out the door for a great price. I'd highly recommend these folks if you're looking for good used tires cheap!

The only tire repair and sales location in the Columbus Metro that's open until 8 pm every single day! That's why I chose this place, and I'm super glad I did. They are quick to come out and assess what is needed and do their best to have your tires repaired or installed and have you back on your way. The owner is a super nice guy and he thrives to make his customers happy. They had my size tires in stock when no other tire store did. They have the best deals on used tires, I buy all of my used tires here, and will continue to do so for many years to come. Quick service, friendly atmosphere and they accelerate at providing a good buying and installation experience. Go to Steve's for your tire & battery needs. They got you covered! They are all around just AWESOME Good people. You don't even have to get out of your vehicle. They offer convenient drive thru type service. Do not go to this location if you want these people to waste your time.. was in there 10:00 a.m on a Thursday this morning.. I'm the only person there so he tells me to pull in.. I get out my car tells me to give him a second why he continues to talk to the other guy in the office.. as I'm standing there waiting for about 7 minutes they continue to talk about completely nothing.. just a friendly conversation about yesterday... Then he sees I get upset and I tell him I'm about to leave so he just opens the garage door so I can leave so he can continue his conversation... They could have sold two tires .. oh well going somewhere else now.. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️(In the response to the owner saying somebody was on the phone... There was nobody on the phone cuz I would have waited for that... It was a whole personal conversation about what some girl said to him yesterday.... Blah blah blah that's what they were talking about)

We were recommended this place for a battery. The experience was great or we thought so. 90 bucks for a new battery and they put it in.. good right? Well not quite. We realized maybe 10 minutes down the road that the blower on the heat was not blowing and had not been blowing (this is because the heat was on full blast the entire time up until we turned the car back on after the battery change). We call immediately and were told to return the next day to have it checked out. We live 30 minutes from this place mind you.. it’s 5 degrees out right now. We return on Sunday (with no working heat) and the mechanic there advised us that he wasn’t sure what happened and to call the owner on Monday morning. We called him this morning and no type of apology or even mild concern for this inconvenience was shown. In fact, he was rude and said NASTY remarks. Yelled at both my wife and I refusing to assist in anyway. Demanded that we pay to go to a mechanic to figure out what went wrong. When I requested for that fee to be reimbursed if they are in fact at fault he refused and hung up the phone TWICE. Prices are great here. Not ever a long wait. But I would not recommend this place to anyone ever! The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever had. The mechanics were nice but the issue is the owner. I guess you pay for what you get.

Came in late (after 7:00pm) and they were open so right away I am in relief. They took the time to explain to me all that needed done. They were patient and professional with me and I appreciated the respect and kindness.
