Spencer has had my car for over 6 months now. He won’t respond to my messages/calls. For all I know, he’s already sold or parted out my car. I unfortunately have to report it stolen at this point. Please don’t trust him with your vehicles.

Broke down Saturday night in St. George Utah and reached out to Spencer. Was willing to go and fix our belt but never showed up or answered calls. Driver was stuck waiting all night. At least a heads up that he wouldn’t show up would’ve been nice. No answer the next day as well. Would not reconnect. Very unprofessional

I needed my 15 Tahoe A/C looked at so Marcus came out to our house to diagnose. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem and topped off all fluids w/out me even asking him to. After he discover the problem he made arrangements at the drop of a hat to get our Tahoe into their shop to fix the A/C. My truck broke down just outside of St. George, Utah while returning back from my snowbird trip in April 2022. My HUD came up with a check fuel filter. My truck died very quickly after that, barely made it off the road. After calling road side assistance, started looking at repair shops around me. STG was suggested by just about everyone I spoke too. They dropped just about everything, had my truck and trailer towed to their shop. Marcus and Spencer immediately replaced the fuel filter with the hopes that was the issue. After 2 more hours, no such luck. Left the truck with them, and they were kind enough to drive me back and my trailer to the KOA campground just outside of Hurricane. Next morning I got the call from Marcus with the bad news. Basically, my igniters had ate themselves and my whole fuel system (sans the fuel tank) had to be replaced. Marcus located all the parts required and spent the next 10 days basically rebuilding the whole system. I can't say enough about these guys. Driving me to and from their shop, offering to get groceries or offering to drive me where I needed to go. They went above and beyond to not only assist me in my need, but to help educate me in what happened and more importantly, to keep me calm in such a stressful situation (I recently lost my husband). I honestly can't say enough about this company. If anyone ever needs help, they're the best in my books. I had one furhter small glitch on my way home, but made it safe and sound...Spencer, you've carved a great business and have some of the best of the best. Thanks again to all of you, but more so Marcus!

STG did a great job!! Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. Changed our oil, checked our brakes, and fixed rattles. Honest and reasonable. So happy STG was referred to us. Will try to use them all the time in the future.

Spencer and Marcus from STG were great! My Ford F-350 Diesel broke down in St George on a Saturday at 4pm, I was towing my travel trailer to Zion National Park from CA. AAA towed my truck to STG Diesel Repair. Spencer began repairs on my truck first thing Monday morning. What I am impressed with the most is that Spencer and Marcus delivered my truck to me at the campground in Zion which was an hour from their shop. They spent 2 hours round trip of their time to keep my vacation on track.!!. Spencer and Marcus truly care about customer service and keeping their customers happy…. You can’t go wrong with STG..I highly recommend this company.

Can’t say enough great things about STG. We were hot shotting through Utah/Arizona area and got stranded in a small town on Memorial Day weekend. After calling many mobile diesel mechanics in the area, the only one that answered our call was STG. Spencer immediately assured us he would take a look at our vehicle the next morning despite them being scheduled to be closed. He lived up to his word! Him and Horacio were very knowledgeable of our mechanical issue and their hospitality was beyond extraordinary. Needless to say they took care of our truck and got us back on the road! We’ll be stopping by to say hi to them next time we’re in town for sure! Give them a call if you need professional service!

I contacted this company and all I ever got was a voicemail. I asked for estimates and a call back. I have received NO response and its been nearly a week. Spencer is obviously unreliable and undependable. Be afraid ... Be very afraid 😟😟😟😟.

I just want to share with everyone the excellent service I received from STG mobile repair. I was traveling with my f-250 pulling a travel trailer. After spending the night in Saint George,Ut the next morning it would not start. I called every shop in town and know one could help me. I finally found STG. There mobile unit came in less than an hour and diagnosed the problem. They towed it to there shop and repaired it then brought it back to me by ten the next morning. There price was very fair and the work was excellent. Thanks again for a great job. Tim F. Idaho.

Traveling on vacation in a 30 foot motorhome from Washington State we blew a rear inner tire on I-15 several miles from st George Utah. Neither AAA nor the RV insurance had a provider to help on the highway. We called the first mobile repair to help us with a blown tire and additional damage under the coach. Not only did we a phone answered immediately by Spencer, he came quickly to help us. He bought us a tire and delivered and installed it. He further investigated all of tires and provided excellent advice. And brought a helper to help temporarily fix our other damage to get us safely off the highway. Spencer devoted a good deal of his day taking care of our problems on a very hot day. He was very polite, cheerful and highly knowledgeable about everything that happened and fixed everything to our full satisfaction. He also recommended a shop for our additional tire needs. The Bill for the repair was less then I expected and I very happily paid it. Call Spencer for your emergency roadside needs!! You will be very happy u did.

All the mechanics I’ve dealt with none compare to Spencer at STG Mobile Service. He’s very knowledgeable and was able to get me back on the road quickly he’s definitely the guy for all your repairs. My family and I were traveling from Los Angeles to Zion National Park for a long awaited trip to the park. Unfortunately we broke down in St George Utah, about 40 miles from Zion. We were traveling in our 2000 Winnebago Journey when it started to overheat, after trying to figure out what to do, which the closest mechanic said we can tow it to them and they can start working on it by Wednesday! It was only Friday afternoon 😳😳😳! I had a tow truck come out and luckily they didn’t have a truck big enough to tow my 36’ diesel pusher. So the driver suggested calling a mobile service, I called two and STG (Spencer) was the one to respond, by this time it is 3pm. Spencer took some info, we text a few times, but by now it’s 6pm. I’m thinking maybe we can get to Zion tomorrow, spend a day, then head back home Sunday. This wasn’t the case, Spencer called me at about 6:15 pm, said he was on his way! Wow!! I was blown away that he was coming after hours to help me! He and one of his guys came out and were extremely courteous, both of these gentlemen genuinely wanted to help us! They diagnosed the problem and told me “we will have you on the road soon”, I was beyond grateful! They went out of their way to ensure my family and I would be able to experience our bucket list item. Needless to say, we were back on the road by 8pm, in our camping spot by 9pm. STG made our bucket list dream come true! Thank you to Spencer and his assistant, my family and I appreciate your hard work and taking time after hours to get some strangers back on the road. Passing through the area in our skoolie...and we found out our rear seal went out. We called Spencer up to take a look and he had us in that afternoon. We also had him check out another "nuscence noise" we were worried about. He was thorough and took the time to listen to our concerns...and even rode around with us to hear the noise. Since it was late in the day we let him go for the night, and finish in the morning. We were able to stay along the road at his shop in our bus (since that's our home). He had us all fixed and out of there early the next morning. Spencer was super helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt. I would definately recommend him to anyone else in a big rig or diesel. Spencer and STG Mobile saved our vacation! My wife and I were towing our Mastercraft boat to Lake Powell when we blew a bearing and hub on the trailer in St George. We couldn’t find a new hub locally so Spencer sold us the hub off his Mastercraft trailer! Seriously!! Spencer cares about people and wanted to make sure we kept our vacation on the lake. We drove to Zion National Park in our motorhome and the trip is normally 7 hours, it took us 17 because of engine problems. We got to our campsite and next day called Spencer. He responded quickly and was to our site the following day. After a full review of the engine and questioning us as to what was going on he found the problem. A huge hole in exhaust. they pulled the part out and took to their site. Within a day they fixed the hole by welding a new part on and was back putting it back in our rig. They are the best mechanics I have known and very reasonable on pricing as well. They won't nickel dime you like a lot of others. That part I needed would had they bought the entire part would have cost a fortune!! Thank you STG MOBILE SERVICE!!

While travelling for work in the St George area I found myself on the side of the road in my 07.5 Ram 3500 at 9:30pm.. Edge told me I had 18% fuel left and 4 codes popped up. Not able to restart. A quick search and I found great reviews for STG and so I gave a call and Spencer answered right away. He recommended a towing service and the next day by 2 pm I was back on the road. Excellent communicator and although my problem ended up being minor, I would not call anyone else in the area! I also really appreciate how he educated me on a number of topics that came up in conversation. Not trying sell me anything, just honest advice. Do not hesitate to call STG Mobile Diesel Repair!
