In mid-July, I had four tires installed at this tire shop. When the technician was installing the tires, they did not hand-tighten the lug nuts a few turns first, but instead used an impact wrench to tighten them directly, stripping two of the lug nuts on the brake disc and damaging five of the lug nuts to varying degrees. I strongly suspect that the other three wheels are also damaged to varying degrees. The shop owner did not offer any compensation for this and charged me the full price.
