Great service and amazing staff. Everything was honest and straightforward. Gianna the girl in the office talked me through the steps and Justin did the work on my vehicle he explained everything in detail and delivered a quality service just like it was promised. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a professional mechanic. All around great experience.

Stone road auto was fantastic. Justin called me and explained to me what was going on with my car and he helped me due to the fact that I'm clueless when it comes to cars. He was quick with the repairs he did. And the price extremely fair. I would recommend this place to anyone that tells me they need work done on their car.. Justin is fair and he don't rip people off

Great area, drive by here all the time they're always working, never slacking. Brought a couple side jobs here and they knocked them out quick and cheap. (greasing a control arm,installing seals onto parts, etc.) Mechanics here are honest and respectful definitely recommend bringing your work here.

I recently had car work done and Justin explained everything that needed to be done and made sure to prioritize everything so I could get it done over the next few months. Gave me recommendations and took his time explaining and answering my questions. Will definitely be back for my future car work.

I'm not sure what's going on here ,new mechanics, owner is not around much and the person in- charge is a fast talker and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I been going there for a few years and always been satisfied with the service & price ,but with a recent visit I felt like they were trying to pull a fast one on me. As women I don't like that feeling 😕 Time to move on...

This place is terrible. First I made an appointment and they said it would only take a 2-3 hours. They over booked them selves so much that I had to wait almost 6 hours. That isn’t the worst of it. I was getting quite a few things done so I let the waiting slide. Finally paid and was all set to go until I got home and realized the guy forgot to punch a hole in my inspection and he had forgotten to re set something in my car. Fast forward a couple days after my appointment my car was so loud all over again and they said it must’ve “re rusted” in 3 days? Now here we are a couple months later and the same problem I had turning on my car and it making a huge noise is back and the hood piece under my car is hanging 2 inches from the ground, the same piece they had screwed up! I hope this place realizes they are showing terrible customer service and change.

Was having a bad weekend to say the least when my brakes crapped the bed. Not sure why but I brought my vehicle to Mavis tire and they tried to scam me for extra unnecessary work for much more money. I brought my car to Stone road Auto and they were amazing. They fit me in the same day and did great work. Very reputable and honest. The Mechanic there even gave me a ride to where I was heading. Amazing people and great work. Will definitely be my goto garage for any repairs going forward. Thank you.

I've been going there for a few years now, and they've been very good with keeping my car going.if I didn't have my car I'd be screwed. they tend to be a very busy garage which is a good thing.

I absolutely love this place they will walk you through everything that needs to get done my car has been sitting for over 6 months and he walked me through everything and showed me how it works and why things needed to get fixed they are honest and really look out for you and fair prices I really recommend this place 5 stars in my book.

Pretty good spot.. will not try and beat you like ya stereotypical mechanic... although I did have a transmission issue out of their expertise, I still return for anything else.

Very nice service and the guys are soo friendly toooo honest for being a mechanic shop anytime I have a problem I'm definitely coming here as long as I'm in Rochester
