Horrible customer service. I came in to get get air in the tire. The guy told me that the air was in the bay and he couldn’t get to me until someone came out. So I tried to come out and we saw my tire came off the rim. I asked if he could have someone help me put on the donut so I could move out his parking lot. He said no everyone was busy. I called a tow truck and while waiting a bay became available and he told me to move my car. I asked again could have someone help me put the spare on while I wait for a tow. He said no it’s not fair to have them work in the cold. I have money not asking for anything free but he wasnt helpful at all. Never have to worry about my business.

Jim claimed changing the broken antifreeze reservoir would stop the antifreeze smoke from coming out of my vents. Jim totally misdiagnosed my car even after I told him I googled the problem and it stated heater core issue. Then Jim stated oh after he fixed the issue, the heater core built up so much pressure it sprung a leak. I told jim then, "that's a lie" and you know it. I am currently refusing charges to my credit card. I have NEVER experienced blatant violation of companies Greed! DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED AT THERE!!!

Took car for diagnosis concerning transmission issued. Estimate came up to be over 5 grand. This estimate was even more than what I was quoted by my dealership. These guys are simply charge way to much for their services and only those without any experience in cars could pay these inflated prices.
