Highly recommend. I called Jose and he was able to come out the same day to do an oil change and check my loud muffler. He explained everything and very fair on the pricing. My neighbor is going to be calling him next to repair the AC in her car. Thanks Jose!

Jose went above and beyond to finish the job! I Initially found him when I was stranded late at night and my key was undetectable in my car. He worked with me to make sure I had workable, programmable keys that worked. He came to not only my Job but my home as needed to ensure The job was done. He will be my go to person from Now on. I had contacted stop and Go Auto services to look into the coolant leak I had recently on my 2012 Ford Transit connect XLT, Jose was able to accommodate and schedule my much-needed repair today in the early morning which made me extremely happy considering most auto repair shops or mobile mechanics don't operate on Sundays but his business does. He was able to diagnose the issue and came to the conclusion that the radiator hose was the culprit given the labor time of 3 hours or so Jose was very committed into getting the job done as I needed to head to Kankakee Illinois today around 4:00 I would highly recommend his services as he is very transparent in what repairs are needed and is guidance was thorough.

Jose is the best! I was scared to drive my car because of various issues and my A/C wasn't working for some time. He explained everything to me really well and came to my job and house to fix my car. My car is driving super smoothly and I feel safe driving it long distances now. He knows what he's talking about and he's extremely trustworthy. I have recommended him already to my family and coworkers!

I had a flat tire down the road from called Stop N Go auto services to help me with putting on my spare. Not only did he put it on, but also taught me (as a first timer) how to do it myself so I don't get in a pickle in the future. He was so kind, reliable, trustworthy, and definitely knows what he is doing. He recommended us a place to go to get our new tires and we were on our way. We HIGHLY recommend his services and will definitely be using him again for any future needs. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Jose from Stop N'Go Auto. He was quick the give me a quote on the parts and labor. The prices are more than fair. I had my brakes and rotors changed when he pointed out to a different problem my car had that needed to be fixed Asap. Next day he came with the part and had it all done. No more knocking noise !! yay

Jose went above and beyond for me. Very professional. Didn’t try to cheat me out of money, he actually advised me that the issue what I thought was originally wrong with my car was not the issue at all and saved myself $700!! I would recommend him to anyone here in Chicago!! He comes to you which makes it convenient. I contacted him and he was at my location within an hour. He is very detailed and breaks everything down for you to understand.

I love this guy. I highly recommend driving to him if you have any issues. I was in a hurry and had to drive back home to Nebraska. But my car broke down and overheated. I called him and he was able to get the special part and fixed this big issue within 15hours. I really appreciate him and highly recommended him!!

This is an excellent and honest service. I often feel taken advantage of with auto repairs, but not here. Jose diagnosed the problem, provided a quote, and explained everything in simple terms. As someone who doesn’t know much about cars, I was comfortable asking questions. I will use this service again and recommend it.

A great technician who’s work is phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and has given me information on what my car needs for repairs. Very professional at what he does and customer service is off the charts! I’ve already had my car serviced twice and it’s 100 times better than it was before! I'm from out of town and needed some diagnosis of a weird loud noise that started after I drove 8 hours here. Jose was prompt, professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and tried several things to get to the bottom of the issue. Turns out I was driving on no oil! He got that taken cared of right away and even went out of his way to continue to give advice on vehicle maintenance and understanding the other noises coming from the car (it's a pretty old car). I highly recommend Jose's services!

He changed my brakes and rotors, and the battery on my husband's car, which was an unexpected repair. Our car broke down last Thursday evening when we were on our way to Chicago. Jose was very prompt and professional. He explained the problem with the car very clearly and was very reasonable with the price. We had to stay the night in Chicago because he couldn't get the part till the next day. But knowing that we were from out of town, he tried to help us as soon as he could and we were on our way home before noon the next day. Extremely grateful for his help in what was a very stressful situation.

I just want to say that this man is a SAINT. I met him through my dad, who’s had services done in the past and I don’t know what I would have done without him tonight. I was driving on the highway home from Father’s Day events and my steering wheel started locking up and all my lights starting going on and flashing. I was obviously terrified and thought my steering wheel was going to stop working so I got off the highway and went straight home. I pull into my apartment complex driveway and put my car in park to use my key to open the parking garage and my steering wheel starts shaking and all my lights start going crazy so I turn my car off and try to restart it and it won’t re start….. at this point I am blocking the driveway and STRESSED. I get ahold of Jose and he heads straight over. He gets to me within 45m (I don’t know if he usually does house calls but this man on FATHER’S DAY answers his phone and comes straight to me) shows up and I need a new alternator and battery…. He HAS THEM ON HIM AND HE IS ABLE TO FIX THIS WITHIN 45m. I am baffled and I am feeling beyond blessed that I have his contact information and have someone I am able to rely on with car trouble. I wouldn’t have been able to go to work tomorrow if he didn’t show up like Superman. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIS SERVICES TO ANYONE. Thank you again Jose!

Jose came to my location on a holiday to perform a multipoint inspection, and arrived earlier than expected (which I asked for, if his other appointments ended early). He was incredibly professional and explained every inspection he was doing in detail, and had no problem answering my many questions. It can be difficult to trust mechanics and others when you can't evaluate things for yourself. With Jose, I have no doubt that he is trustworthy. I left with confidence that I had received quality service, and a far better understanding of my vehicle thanks to his willingness to share his knowledge. I wont need ever need another mechanic, and will without a doubt be recommending Jose to everyone I know.

Jose is such a blessing! I was leaving O’Hare from a vacation and my bmw x3 had a powertrain failure, engine overheating, and would not accelerate. I am not from Illinois (I live 2.5 hours north in WI), so I was stranded. It was a Sunday, therefore no one was open..except for Stop N’Go Auto Services. Jose is without a doubt one of the most honest men I have ever met. Not only did he move around his already booked schedule to accommodate me, he walked me through everything he was doing and was EXTREMLY reasonable and knowledgeable. He was able to assess and fix what was going on (it is hard to find someone who will work on BMW and get parts to fix it). Even despite the urgency of my request, he charged way less than any mechanic I have ever gone to. You can tell he enjoys helping others and doing what he loves! I am happy to say that I made it home safely. Being a young female, with a broken car in an unfamiliar place, Jose felt like someone I could trust immediately. If I lived local, he would be my go-to mechanic. I cannot say enough good things about Jose and his work. Thank you again, Jose!

So I found myself in a pretty bad spot and on top of it all the air suspension on my 04 Lincoln Town Car went out and I was out of a car. I found Jose while looking for services near me. He was the first company I found and after speaking to him I knew that he was the one to do the repair on my vehicle. I could literally feel his honesty and sincerity when we spoke. Jose sent my quote and all correspondence via email and text and couldn't possibly be more professional, courteous and fair. He texted me 30 minutes before his arrival just as he said he would and arrived exactly at the time he said he would. He got right to work and somehow converted my air suspension to standard shocks and springs in just over an hour. I can't say enough good about him but he helped a single father of 3 just trying to make it more than he knows. It's good to know that he's out there. I will be working with him for quite some time to come.
